The car has a rebuilt title. It is clear of any leins and may be transfered to any state in the U.S. just like a Regular.
History of the car;
I bought this car 20,000 miles ago. I am a real estate agent here in Northern Michigan, and used this to show properties.
The car was in an accident before I aquired it. I bought the car and had the Hood, chrome grill & Headlights replaced. The front fenders
are original and have no dents. The hit was light. I did not have to replace the bumper cover though there is a mark on the front where it hit
the hitch of the truck in front of it. NO COMPONENTS ON THE ENGINE, OR SUSPENSION WERE HARMED. Air bags were NOT deployed! You would
not know this car was rebuilt unless you were told. The best testimate to this is I put a new set of Michelins on it, and almost 20,000 miles later,
there is no uneven wear on the tires. Everything functions as it should. All options work great. I value my feedback so if there are any questions
what so ever, please send me a message before bidding.
Condition;
The interior still smells new. I never let anyone smoke in it, I kept the carpets clean and used winter mats. They are in good condtion, and show well.
There are 3 areas that have damage. The bumper cover as mentioned. It is not that noticable from a distance which is why I did not spend the $400
extra to fix it. It looks more like a scuff than anything else. The C pillar has a dent in it from being backed into by someone with materials sticking
out of his pick-up truck. The last is I took a stone chip while on a road trip last week, and the windshield split before I could even get it home due to
our winter temps. It will need a glass. It still had the original Ford Glass in it. I can have this done for you before you pick it up if you choose, Auto
Glass Specialists are right down the road. Everything else looks good for a low mileage car. There are no scratches or scrapes that I can see.
The car is wonderful. You will not be dissapointed. Unlike other rebuilt cars, this one has been on the road and proven to not have any troubles.
I dont believe this is missing any options for 2008. I am selling due to the fact that I bought a 7 passenger SUV which helps me at my job when I have
kids along. There are no service lights on at all. Again, if you have any questions for me, please ask before you bid!
If you have no feedback, I need to talk to you so I know that you understand the process. My name is Brian, and other than e-mail.
I can be reached at (520) 490-9261. Thank you.

These are the slowest-selling new cars of 2024
Fri, Apr 26 2024While overall sales numbers are a solid indicator of an automaker’s success, another metric can show how well its new vehicles resonate with buyers on the ground. iSeeCars recently released a list of the fastest- and slowest-selling new car companies on the market, and a handful of brands appear to have some catching up to do. Lincoln landed the “top spot” among slow-selling brands, taking an average of 82.6 days to move inventory. Infiniti wasnÂ’t much better, at 79.8 days, and Buick came third with 79 days to sell. Slowest-selling new cars of 2024 Lincoln: 82.6 days to sell Infiniti: 79.8 Buick: 79 Audi: 75.1 Ram: 69.7 Ford: 68.1 Dodge: 67.4 GMC: 66.6 Acura: 65.4 Lexus: 64.5 iSeeCars executive analyst Karl Brauer noted that the fastest-selling brands, which include Toyota, Alfa Romeo, and Cadillac, likely move inventory because they resonate with buyersÂ’ desire for value and a compelling product. The study also noted that seeing GMC, Ford, and Ram so low on the list likely indicates slowing truck sales, which comprise a significant portion of those brandsÂ’ numbers. ItÂ’s also possible that buyers are turned off by higher prices from those brands. Fast-selling new car brands also appeared on the used car list, where Honda, Lexus, and Toyota dominated. Unfortunately for Lincoln, it also made the slow-selling used list, between Maserati as the slowest and Alfa Romeo in third. iSeeCarsÂ’ analysis also examined EV and hybrid sales and found that hybrids tend to sell much faster than their electric counterparts. In March 2024, new hybrids took an average of 49.5 days to sell, while EVs took 70.6 days. That again brings us to the price and value arguments, where hybrids are significantly less expensive than EVs, though charging and range concerns also likely play a role. 2017 Lincoln Continental reimagined as a coupe
Thu, Jan 21 2016If nothing else, the production version of the Lincoln Continental has provided ample water-cooler fodder around the office. There are a few camps: the "it took guts to build it" folks giving credit where due on a handsome design with an ambitious interior, and the "MKZ misstep" group haranguing the Motor Company for blowing fancy new styling cues on a lesser beast. And yet, unifying forces exist. We can all agree that these artist renders depicting a Continental sans a pair of doors present a captivating notion. Back in 1939, the original Continental was a two-door. Over time, four doors of various types, including convertibles, infiltrated the lineup. The last time the Continental was on sale, it was a four-door front-driver based on the platform shared with the Mercury Sable and Ford Taurus. Even though the new production Continental, like that penultimate one, is based on a front-drive platform, the execution is much different. As you probably already know, it features a so-far unique 400-horsepower 3.0-liter V6 and an advanced torque-vectoring AWD system, standard. Some neat concept car touches, like the fancy door handles and patented 30-way adjustable seats, made it in. What a two-door would bring to the table is mainly stylistic, emphasizing the long parallel character line in the door with brightwork running under the window that's echoed in the lower door sculpting and chrome strip. It accentuates the car's length, and calls attention to the trim taillights and their interconnecting bar element. A longer door makes for a more elegant transition into the C-pillar. It makes the production Continental, with its blacked-out but still obviously chunky B-pillar, look fussy. We don't expect Lincoln to build a coupe – that may be too wild for a company that doesn't seem completely comfortable with the notion of reinvention – but these renders were just too good not to share. Let us know what you think in the comments below. Related Video:
2024 Lincoln Nautilus First Drive Review: Lincoln's moonshot (with nits to pick)
Thu, Mar 14 2024PALM SPRINGS, Calif. – It was only a decade ago when Lincoln seemed destined to go the way of Oldsmobile and Mercury. Odd styling, cheap retro interiors and blatant parts sharing with supporting Ford vehicles had this storied American luxury brand trailing the competition by a significant margin. Then things started turning around with the reborn Continental sedan in 2017, followed by the massive and massively improved Navigator the following year. In hindsight, I equate those to the Mercury and Gemini space programs that led to Apollo and the game-changing moonshot. After driving the all-new 2024 Lincoln Nautilus throughout the Palm Springs area, it could very well deserve the accolades and ticker tape parades bestowed upon NASA in 1969. Starting with the new styling, this second-generation Nautilus manages to stand out from the crowd without shouting. There's a quiet resolve in the rounded-over corners and subtle sculpting. The appropriately sized grille has suggestions of woven Bentley rods while a distinctive horizontal bar connects the Lincoln emblem to the narrow LED headlights. Below, two brushed metal accents anchor the fascia with a classy foundation. Down the sides, a distinctive flourish spans almost the entire length of the front doors, and the absence of traditional door handles gives the profile an unusually clean look. Those door handles are integrated into the window frame in the same manner as the Continental, further emphasizing the way reflections and shadows dance across the gentle curves of the bodywork. Around back, there are echoes of Audi or Porsche, but not in a derivative way since it integrates well with the rest of the Nautilus. To my hyper-critical styling eye, I can only find the slightest of nitpicks in a series of horizontal stripes present in the rearmost side window that are repeated in the edges of the headlights and taillights. My nitpicking is typically a good omen, as it means there isn't anything significant to fault it for, and that could very well be the theme of this review. While the exterior is suitably attractive, the interior is downright stunning. The biggest attention-getter is the 48-inch curved panoramic display that spans the entire length of the dashboard. It's the type of design element expected of a concept or prohibitively expensive luxury vehicle, not a production SUV starting in the low $50,000 range. Even better, it works.
