Seals and gaskets, with the exception of cylinder head gaskets and intake manifold gaskets are covered only in conjunction with the covered repair. Cylinder head and manifold gaskets are covered for coolant leaks only. Coverage limited to above parts.

Transmission

Automatic or Manual Transmission. All internally lubricated parts, including clutches, bands, pump, pump housing, carrier assembly, planetary gears, drums, reaction shaft, governor, valve body, servo assemblies. Torque converter, transmission housing, transfer unit 4x4 case only if damaged as a result of mechanical failure of the above parts. Seals & Gaskets

All seals and gaskets are covered when required in conjunction with the replacement of a covered component. Head gaskets and intake manifold gaskets are covered for coolant leaks only. Coverage limited to above parts.

Internally lubricated parts contained within the steering gear box and pump housing, including: rack and pinion, steering box and pump housings, if damaged by the failure of internally lubricated parts. Coverage limited to above parts.

Rental Benefits

You will be given twenty-five dollars ($25) per eight hours of flat rate time based on Mitchell's labor guide to repair or replace a covered component with a maximum of three-hundred dollars ($300).

Towing

Should your vehicle be in the need of a tow due to the fact that a covered component has failed, towing is covered to the nearest qualified repair center, up to a maximum of fifty dollars ($50).

24-Hour Roadside Assistance

When towing is necessary, the member's disabled vehicle will be towed to any location requested by the member.

Roadside assistance also included for: battery service/jump start, flat tire, fuel, oil, and water delivery, and lockout assistance.

Coverage is provided up to $50 per occurrence to the covered vehicle only.

1. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for inventory tax and a documentation fee ($125). Inventory tax is calculated at .002659% of the sales price.

Lincoln Navigator facelift only has to last until 2016 replacement

The Navigator is not only Lincoln's longest-serving nameplate - dating back to 1998 when the final Town Car was introduced - but it's also the oldest model still in the brand's portfolio. The current Navigator arrived on the market in 2007, and underwent a refresh just a few months ago for the 2015 model year. The updates were subtle, but if you're waiting for an all-new model, it's just a couple of years down the road.
According to Automotive News, Lincoln is already working on an all-new replacement for the current, long-serving Navigator, which will be revealed two years from now in the middle of 2016 as a 2017 model. At that point, we're expecting it could switch (alongside the Expedition) to the new aluminum architecture introduced on the Ford F-150, seeing as how the current model is based on the old F-150.
In the meantime, the refreshed Navigator ditches the big 5.4-liter Triton V8 in favor of a more economical 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6, and wages war in two wheelbase lengths against the V8-powered competition in the form of the Cadillac Escalade (and Escalade ESV), the Land Cruiser-based Lexus LX and the Infiniti QX80, which is based on the overseas Nissan Patrol.

2020 Lincoln Corsair will be revealed at the New York Auto Show

It's official, the 2020 Lincoln Corsair will be revealed at the New York Auto Show this April. To go along with the announcement is a teaser video that, well, doesn't reveal much of anything except the crossover's name prominently displayed on the front fender. But we know a fair bit about the crossover from spy shots and prior announcements. The Corsair is the successor to the MKC, Lincoln's smallest crossover, which is also based on the Ford Escape. We expect that it will continue to be based on the Escape, albeit the completely redesigned one that hasn't yet been revealed. That also means powertrains will probably be shared, but the Lincoln might get one or two model-specific powertrains like with the Lincoln Aviator. Reportedly, the new Corsair will feature turbocharged 2.0-liter and 2.3-liter four-cylinder engines along with a plug-in hybrid. Spy shots have revealed that the Corsair will have styling closely related to that of the larger Aviator. That means a floating roof, more broad-shouldered nose, and large amounts of glass. 2015 Lincoln Navigator gets lots of updates, still not all-new [w/video]

If there's one brand that could really use some fresh, all-new product, it's Lincoln. The MKC crossover is on the way and looks promising, but the just-revealed 2015 model year update of its fullsize Navigator would appear to stop somewhere short of being "all-new." This, despite replacing a product that's been on the market since 2007. Oh sure, there's a brash new face, complete with the company's love or hate split-wing grille, and the revised rear-end treatment does look better to our eyes (if overly familiar). But in the era of the bold new all-aluminum Ford F-150, the Navigator is still based on the outgoing model's all-steel bones, so it's more of an extensive mid-cycle refresh than a completely new piece.

That's a shame, really, because the class the Navigator is playing in features a host of really modern, stylish, luxurious crossovers and sport utilities like the Cadillac Escalade, Land Rover Range Rover, Mercedes-Benz GL-Class and more. Unlike the F-150, there's no aluminum suit on this black-tie bruiser, but that's not to say it isn't bringing some new tech to the table in 2015. Under the hood, for example, is Ford's well-received 3.5-liter, twin-turbocharged EcoBoost V6, putting out "at least" 370 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque. That's a solid engine, and should be a whole lot more spunky and efficient than the archaic 5.4-liter Triton V8 currently being employed in the outgoing model.
