This truck was bought brand new in Canada for my sister's use. It has always been owned and titled by my family's real estate business.
Approximately four years ago, it was brought down to South Florida for my parents use when they are down here. The truck has a clear FL title and no liens. It is ready to be transferred upon payment. The odometer in KM's and reads 122,000 KM, which is approx 77,000 Miles. The speedometer is both MPH/KMH. The truck has been meticulously dealer maintained with no expense spared. It has full options that were available when new, such as: - Premium Plus Package (full leather trim, power tilt/telescope steering, memory seats, roof rails, moonroof, power tailgate, HID lights, additional wood trim) - Navigation system with Mark Levinson audio package. - Rear view camera. - Wheel locks. - Cargo mat. - Heated front seats. - Rear seat entertainment system. THE BAD. The truck was parked for a year under a leaky water pipe in the garage and caused severe rust in the hood. The rear passenger door has rust spots too. The truck's body is straight with no accidents, however, it could do with a paint job. Also, it has a couple of cracks in the dashboard, see pictures. Other than the above, truck runs very well. Tires in good condition. Truck is parked in Ft Lauderdale and must be picked up there. |

Why Lexus shies away from plug-in hybrids
Mon, Apr 20 2015Lexus may have softened its stance a bit from the anti plug-in vehicle ads the Toyota luxury badge ran last year, but at least one executive from the company casts a pretty critical eye towards the concept as a way to cut both emissions and refueling costs. In fact, Lexus doesn't really buy the fact that buyers of plug-in hybrids are really looking to save both gas and the environment, Green Car Reports says, citing an interview at the recent New York Auto Show with Lexus executive Mark Templin. Templin also said hydrogen fuel-cell technology may be a better way to edge towards zero emissions. Templin decried plug-in hybrid technology because it adds weight to vehicles, which contributes to poor emissions figures in the process. He added that plug-in vehicle buyers are motivated more by potential tax credits and solo driving rights in high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes than cutting back on fuel use. Last summer, Lexus ran an supposedly tongue-in-cheek print ad poking fun at how long it takes to charge a plug-in vehicle and how using air conditioning can shorten a car's charging range. 2013 Lexus ES300h
Wed, 27 Feb 2013The Lexus ES lineup, the brand's bread-and-butter sedan, has been completely redone for 2013. With that tip-to-tail rework comes the model's first hybrid. We think the ES350 is better in every way than its predecessor, so a spin in the ES300h is warranted to see what it's like to live with the model sure to become the best-selling Lexus hybrid sedan. In particular, we wanted to see how the gas-electric luxury cruiser handled the battery-sapping realities of winter, so we ventured out into the slush and snow to file this report.
Driving Notes:
Peel away the slush, and this car sure is sharp-looking. It strongly resembles the excellent new GS, no bad thing. With the move to the longer Toyota Avalon underpinnings, the ES300h is long and elegant. Lexus has really upped its styling game lately.
Lexus RC F resurfaces with Carbon Package
Wed, 22 Jan 2014Take one look at the new Lexus RC F and it'll be fairly obvious that Toyota's luxury division went to considerable lengths to make the new muscle coupe look the part. Still, there will always be those looking for that extra measure of visual aggression. And for them, Lexus is reportedly offering this carbon-fiber package.
The kit apparently includes a new hood (complete with central air vent), roof and active rear spoiler, all made of carbon fiber. The parts in question are particularly evident when installed on the white example of the RC F pictured here, giving it an even racier look than the stock model.
We've yet to receive official details from Lexus on the availability of the Carbon Package, so we don't know how much it will cost - or for that matter, if the components have been recrafted from actual carbon fiber or whether the woven bits simply overlay the existing panels as is often the case with aftermarket parts.
