I have up for sale a 2003 Lexus IS300 that I purchased new in 2003 and has just under 15000 miles. I'm looking to sell this car to someone who will appreciate it rather than trade it in to a car dealer. This car has never been in an accident and has been stored in a garage for a good part of the time I've owned and has seen very little rain and no snow. I have meticulously maintained this vehicle and has never been abused. The car has a inline 6 cylinder engine with an automatic transmission. The exterior color is Intensa Blue Pearl with Black leather interior.
Work thats been done to the car -Tinted Windows Including Top of Windsheild -SRT Cold Air Intake -Tein Fully Adjustable Flex Suspension -Brembro Cross Drilled Rotors -19" Iforged Aero Staggered 3 Piece Wheels Chromed -Nitto Extreme Performance NT555 Tires (very low miles on them) -LSD Custom Made Lambo Doors -Yellow Top Optima Battery (install summer 2013) -Pioneer AvicN3 Head Unit (touch screen, navigation, cd, dvd, rearview camera, aux input) -Pioneer Screens In Headrests and One Screen In The Trunk -Kicker L7 12" Subwoofer in a Ported Box Powered by Kicker Amp with Remote Adjustment Mounted in Glove Box I also have a custom car that will be included with the car. There is a few small issues with the car, the windshield has a small chip that has been repaired but is noticeable. There is 2 small dings on passenger side door and a small scratch on rear bumper. Also the custom box in the truck was never carpeted. This car is an absolute blast to drive and I get compliments on it all the time. I'm selling because I don't get to drive that much and trying to make some room in my garage. |

Lexus, Mazda win KBB 5-Year Cost To Own Awards
Wed, 05 Feb 2014We focus a lot on what new cars are like to drive, but it's difficult on a one-week loan to really get a sense of what a car is like to live with. Sure, we try to recreate that sense with our long-term vehicles, but even after a year, it's impossible to know fully learn about a car, particularly in terms of reliability and cost of repairs. For 2014 model year vehicles, Kelley Blue Book has put together a list of the most affordable vehicles over a five-year period.
At the tippy top of the list are Mazda and Lexus, with the Zoom-Zoom automaker winning the award for best non-luxury brand. Lexus, meanwhile, was the most affordable luxury marque over a five-year period. It's interesting to note, though, that not a single Mazda won its segment in this year's awards.
General Motors did quite well, taking eight segments, including both the subcompact and plug-in segments, with the gas-powered Chevrolet Spark and Spark EV. The Chevy Camaro SS and ZL1 took the high-performance car award. Toyota was well represented, with five winners split between the main brand (Corolla, Prius C and Tacoma) and Lexus (LS and RX).
Lexus LF-CC gets green light, Evoque rival under consideration
Fri, 30 Nov 2012While wandering the floor at this week's LA Auto Show, we had a bit of an epiphany at the Lexus stand. The traditionally stodgy Toyota premium outlet is really starting to come into its own in terms of exciting design. And not just with production models like the excellent new GS sedan. At the front of the display, a triangular formation of plinths was a feast for the eyes - the head was formed by the LFA Nurburgring Package supercar, flanked on either side by the company's outré LF-LC and LF-CC concept cars.
So consider it welcome news on our end that the LF-CC concept shown above has apparently been given the production green light, with a projected arrival by 2015. So says Autocar, which quotes an unnamed source at Lexus willing to confirm that a senior engineer has been tasked with the project. The British publication suggests that the production version of the 2012 Paris Motor Show star will probably be built in both coupe and convertible formats and ride atop the automaker's new modular rear-wheel drive architecture. Power is expected to be an evolution of the GS 350h's hybrid drivetrain.
In other news, that same shadowy source at Lexus has reportedly confirmed that the Japanese luxury brand is "seriously studying" offering a small SUV in the mold of the stylish Range Rover Evoque from Land Rover, though no further details are given. Lexus' own RX crossover range has long been a massive hit for the brand, leaving many industry analysts scratching their heads as to why the automaker hasn't already expanded its crossover offerings to include both larger and smaller formats.
