Now for the history of this GS350, we bought this car from Insurance Company as a Theft recovered. It wasn't involved in any kind of accident. There were some scratches on some of the body panels which were fixed. This car has been completely fixed and is ready for new owner. We have posted the actual pictures from the auction website at the end of this listing to show exactly how the car looked when we purchased the car. Please note that this car was sold with no keys at the auction and since the speedometer could not be turned on due to the missing key during the auction, the title will reflect not actual miles. This is a very common practice at the Insurance auctions. Any time there is no key or if the battery is dead or if the speedometer could not be turned on for any reason during auction, they simply check “Not Actual Miles” box on the title which only means that the miles were not recorded during the auction. The mileage on the car is the Actual Mileage and we stand behind that 100%. This car has been inspected by State and will come with Texas Rebuilt Title which is as good as Clear title when it comes to registration. This car will not require any further inspection and can be registered just like any other car without any additional paperwork or inspection. This car is in superb condition, it drives extremely strong and handles like it should. Transmission shifts very smoothly, AC blows ice cold. Every single thing in the car is in great working order. WHAT DOES REBUILT OR SALVAGE TITLE MEANS Many people are not familiar with the Salvage or Rebuilt title, below is a brief explanation of the "Salvage verses Rebuilt Title" terminology: Salvage title basically means that the insurance company decided not to fix the car and paid off the owner. By declaring a car "Total Loss”, Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does that means the car is totaled, not always. Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will pay off the owner. If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have any damage on it. We have bought 'Total Loss" cars from Insurance companies with door dings, extremely minor fender bender, theft recovered vehicles with absolutely no damage. In brief Total Loss does not always mean that the car was in a bad wreck or had extensive damage. We do not buy or sell anything with major damage. Now for Rebuilt title, once the repairs are completed, car is inspected by state for all repairs and a Rebuilt Title is issued, which means that the new owner will not have to get any inspection done to get the car back on the road. It saves a lot of trouble for buyers as they don’t have to get the car inspected or fill out any extra paper work as is the case with Salvage title. With rebuilt title, buyer can simply walk into the DMV and get the car registered without any repair documents or inspection work. REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR A CAR WITH REBUILT TITLE IS IDENTICAL TO THE ONE WITH CLEAN TITLE.ALSO LOANS AND WARRANTY ARE MUCH EASIER TO GET ON REBUILT TITLE CARS. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five days of making the deposit .As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check or cash in person. We will not release the title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the title and vehicle immediately. Choice of Law & Forum Buyer agrees that in the event any dispute shall arise, it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and litigated in Dallas county. By bidding on this auction buyer consents to service by certified mail.
Sales Tax & Other Fees All Buyers in the State of Texas will be required to pay all the Taxes and fees in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Registration and Transfer in State of Texas will be done by Precision Autos. Temporary Tag (60 days) will be provided after the sale is completed. For any out of state buyers, we'll provide all the necessary paperwork in order to get the registration done such as work order, inspection or any affidavit. There will be a $200 mandatory charge attached to all sales to cover the costs of a safety inspection, notary fees, administrative fees and a light detail. |
