Up for grabs in this auction we have a mint condition, 1 owner, Texas all highway driven Lexus GS300.... This car literally runs and drives amazing transmission shifts very smooth motor sounds very quiet. the interior great shape as well. cosmetically the car has a few very minor door dings and the front bumper passenger side has a small crack in it the fog light on the passenger side is not in pictures but I do have it did not get a chance to put it in place. also the check engine along with the vsc lights come on and off every now and then due to a minor o2 sensor that may need replacing soon, keep in mind this does NOT effect the cars performance in any way it drives like new! literally! if you have any further questions or would like to schedule an appointment please feel free to contact me at : (718) 216 - 2195. Lexus readying hot IS F Coupe
Mon, 15 Jul 2013The 2014 Lexus IS sedan has been turning heads and dividing public opinion since we first drove it. Then, as now, we knew that a revamped IS F would be in the offing at some point, but until today we had know idea what form the Lexus would take.
Our first ever batch of 2015 Lexus IS F spy shots has just come across the transom, and the camouflaged coupe - that's right, there are just two doors this time out - is awfully intriguing at first glance. A much more aggressive front end is prominent, as is the slinky roofline that finishes in a pert rear end. The signature IS grille is still in effect here, at least in terms of the shape, and while the headlamps are covered up, we'd expect some variation of the slash-like units on the 2014 IS.
Hinting at the car's performance intentions are large slotted brake rotors with significantly sized calipers, all tucked in behind dark-finish wheels. Quad exhaust tips and a retractable spoiler can be seen at the back of the car.
Lexus talks LFA successor
Sat, 09 Aug 2014Did you just miss out on purchasing one of the 500 Lexus LFA supercars built between 2010 and 2012? "No big deal," you're probably thinking, "I'll just wait until the next time Lexus builds a supercar." Well, we're afraid that you'll be waiting quite a long time. And by long time, we mean about 30 years.
That's according to a report from Bloomberg, which indicates that yes, Lexus is looking at a follow-up to the V10-powered, carbon-fiber-bodied LFA.
"Akio [Toyoda] believes that every generation deserves to have a car like an LFA, so we're building an LFA for the generation we have today," Lexus Executive Vice President Mark Templin told Bloomberg. "At some point, there may be another special car for another generation."
2015 Lexus LS gets tighter turning radius, new infotainment
Wed, 22 Oct 2014Go back a couple of decades and the thought of a Japanese automaker challenging the German limousines would have seemed laughable, but 25 years later the Lexus LS is a mainstay of the luxury sedan market. And it didn't get there by sitting on its laurels, so it should come as little surprise that Lexus is offering some small tweaks as it enters the 2015 model year.
This time around the upgrades are rather minor, consisting primarily of a new multimedia system. It's got an updated navigation system with 12.3-inch display, revised backup camera imagery with dynamic gridlines, and an enhanced Lexus Enform App Suite that can control the locks, ignition, climate control and more, remotely.
While they were at it, Toyota's engineers also reduced the turning circle by four inches (on cars fitted with 18-inch wheels), and enhanced the F Sport package as well. Otherwise, it's essentially the same LS we've always known.
