Up for auction is my 2005 Lexus ES330 sedan.  It is has the following options, dual power/memory/heated seats, cassette and 6-CD changer, passenger air bag and side airbags.  This car has only 48,800 miles at the moment and driven very little over the years by Grand mother and family members. This is a true one owned 2005 Lexus that has not been in any kind of an accident and never been smoked in. Extremely well taken care of and always garaged.

The exterior of this car is silver over a black leather interior which is accented by a rich high gloss reddish-brown wood trim.  The leather is in excellent condition for the low the mileage, with no rips, stains, or obvious marks.  The wood trim is also in very good shape, with no peeling or fading of the laminate.  The carpets are free of wear and stains, and the sound system is exceptional and all working properly.  There are no warning lights indicated on the dashboard and no odors whatsoever inside the interior. As stated earlier very well taken care of and maintained.

The vehicle's exterior is in good condition..  It shows a few scuff marks to the rear bumpers and the front. The are a few door dings on the doors. Small scratch along some of doors. There are no major indentions or damage what so ever on the exterior. The factory paint on this car has it's high gloss finish and overall is nice and clean.

Mechanically, the car is solid with no maintenance required.  It starts without hesitation, drives and shifts as smooth as could be, and there are no leaks what so ever.  The brakes are great and alignment is straight. This is a great sedan for either your family, or even a new driver, because it is safe, reliable, and effortless to drive and handle.  With having only 48K original miles and up-to-date maintenance, this vehicle can last for a very, very longevity!  You will not be dis appointed what so ever in this one family owned Lexus ES330! I best to be reached on my cell phone rather than email due to construction traveling.  My cell phone number is 713-397-4444.

Are you the 2015 Lexus RC F?

Thu, 02 Jan 2014

With less than two weeks before the start of the 2014 Detroit Auto Show, we're starting to get a better idea of what some of the hot debuts are for this year's installment of America's premiere auto show.
The latest leaked image to hit the internet is what purports to be the Lexus RC F, the Japanese premium brand's long-awaited return to the coupe market and the latest challenger for the upcoming BMW M4, a model that will also be arriving in Detroit. This image was reportedly originally leaked by a Chinese magazine, and was then picked up by our friends at AutoExpress.
The image fits with the teasers and spy shots we've seen of the car so far, meaning that this could very well be the real deal. As we've previously reported, Lexus is expected to offer the RC F with a 460-horsepower V8, while a lower-power RC 350 with two fewer cylinders will also be available. We'll have the full set of details on the RC F when it hits the stage in Detroit.

Final Lexus IS F rolls off assembly line in Japan, bound for US

Mon, 04 Aug 2014

We knew this day would come, but it's nonetheless a bit of a sad one for Lexus enthusiasts as the very last example of the IS F has rolled off the assembly line in Tahara, Japan. Decked out in its trademark bright blue, the final IS F is destined for a customer right here in the United States.
Far from just another now-defunct model in an endless succession, the IS F marked the first time that Lexus did a proper performance model, debuting in production guise at the 2007 Detroit Auto Show alongside the LFA concept long before the latter entered production and took the idea of the high-performance Lexus even further. The IS F may not have sold in huge numbers, but it definitely marked a milestone for Toyota's luxury division.
Don't cry too much, however, as the new RC F that effectively takes its place packs an even mightier punch. While both are powered by essentially the same 5.0-liter V8 engine mated to an eight-speed automatic driving the rear wheels, the outgoing sedan's 416 horsepower and 371 pound-feet of torque is easily outgunned by the new coupe's 450 hp and 383 lb-ft.

Takata air bag recall list

Tue, Dec 9 2014

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration confirmed yesterday that 33.8 million vehicles with Takata airbags are going to be recalled. It's the largest recall in automotive history. The already record-breaking rate of automotive recalls this year shows no signs of slowing down, especially since millions of cars with defective airbags made by global supplier Takata are under ongoing scrutiny. The federal government is warning owners that inflator mechanisms in the air bags can rupture, causing metal fragments to fly out when the bags are deployed. The faulty air bags have already been blamed for multiple deaths. How do you know if your vehicle is safe? The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration released an updated list of vehicles under recall. Sometimes however, the government's website will crash and the list may not be complete. Check your VIN at the NHTSA website to make sure. The list of cars affected by the recall has not been released, but seem to span multiple models over the years for many of the automakers.
