This is for a 2000 Lexus ES300 Fully Loaded With Touch Screen Sound System. This car is fully loaded at the time with premium sound system, but I install 2x12 subs (Sound System value $1200). The car leather is great except for the driver side, worn out from normal wear and tear. Cars run great with 190,000+ have no problem at all. The traction and check engine light have been on for 2 years now. I took it to dealership and they can't figure out why the light is on, but it drives perfect. Runs really quite, can't even tell that the engine is on. There is plenty of life left on the tires, almost consider new. Please look at pictures to see how it still look and run amazing. Thank You

Toyota Camry, Lexus RX to get aluminum parts
Tue, 23 Sep 2014Ah, aluminum. The lightweight, strong material has long held a following within the premium ranks, but as Ford prepares to launch an aluminum F-150, the material is gaining acceptance among more mainstream automakers. Toyota is one such brand, with a new report indicating that the Japanese giant will add aluminum bits and bobs to some of its upcoming vehicles.
These won't be full, aluminum-intensive treatments like the F-150, however. Automotive News reports that an aluminum hood and liftgate will be coming to the 2016 Lexus RX, and following that, the Camry will get a bonnet built from Element 13 for model year 2018.
As AN points out, Toyota is no stranger to aluminum, using it in Japanese-built models like the Prius and Scion FR-S. The RX and Camry, though, will mark the first time the company's North American factories will use the material, and they'll do so on a significantly larger scale, owing to the higher volumes that the Camry and RX represent.
Lexus fans vote Solar Flare for new RC F hue
Wed, 18 Jun 2014What's in a name? When it comes to model nameplates, quite a lot, and automakers go to considerable lengths to find just the right one. Same goes for the names of the colors in the catalog (save for maybe the Rape Yellow in the extensive Bugatti palette), but every once in a while, an automaker will open it up for suggestions from the public.
SRT did that when it introduced a new shade of blue for its Viper, as did Chevy for the pale green on the Volt. And last month, Lexus followed a similar path when it asked fans on Facebook to come up with a name for the new shade of orange for the RC F.
Fans suggested names like Tangerine Flame, Outrageous Orange and Fiery Orange, but ultimately the winning submission that Lexus selected was Solar Flare. The name was suggested by five individuals and will now enter the catalog of colors for the new luxury muscle coupe with its 450-horsepower 5.0-liter V8.
