Range Rover Sport Hse 2008 Luxury Package. 50k Only. Excellente Condition. on 2040-cars
Brooklyn, New York, United States
Hi,
I am selling my Range Rover Sport in order to invest in my newer company. I have enjoyed it as any Land Rover fan would do. It is in excellent condition, meticulosely maintained and mecanically in above condition for a 2008 vehicle (Land Rover maintenance). I am a fashion designer and my cars have to be pristine. The interior is absolutly perfect with Land Rover Premium floor may set to protect the floor carpet. It has been heated garage kept since I bought it in 2012 and I am the second owner of this car bought at Land Rover, New Rochelle, New York. It has the luxury interior package including: premium leather seats, heated Front and Back seats, heated Front Wind Screen, heated Washer Jets, Adaptive Front lamps, Wood Trim Dark Zebrano, cooler box (great to have fresh cans in summer time), Satellite Radio, Sirius Satellite Radio Tuner. But also, and to name a few of the fixtures:4.4L 300 HP Aluminium Alloy V8, Six speed Electronically Controled Automatic with Commandshift Normal, Sport and Manual Shift Modes...(when you want to fully use the 300 H), Aluminiun Allow, , Power assisted Four Wheel Ventilated Disc Brakes, Six Air Bags, , Front and Rear Fog Lamps, , Dual Zone Automatic Climate Control, Power Adjustable seats, mirrors, , Memory drivers seat, Trip computer and message Center, GPS/DVD Navigation system, Voice Controls for Audio and Voice...... As I said just a few of the fixtures for whoever does not know about Land Rover. This is my 4th Land Rover (I have owned a Range Rover,a Defender and a LR3) and the Range Sport might be the one I enjoyed the most for various reasons but mainly because of its fantastic sens of security while driving it, its powerful engine....and its look. As previously said, I am only selling it to invest into my newer design company. However I will still need a car and I am looking for a Range Rover Classic 2 Doors, white, Grey Bonati or Black only in a very good condition. Trade possible with add. $$ from the buyer, obviously. I am encouraging you to come to see it and drive (drive like new, zero vibration of any sort). I had a minor accident with it. Someone who apparently didn't really know how to use its brakes at an EZPass and hit the rear on my Range. Thanks to Land Rover, my Range had absolutely nothing (except to replace the plastic center part of the rear bumper). The other car had to replace its front bumper. I bought this Range as Pre Certified. Therefore I proceeded with anything that was not properly working or anything maintenance needed such as: Replacing pulley, tensioner and drive belts, front right strut, glove box hinge, 1 front lamp xenon bulb, pedal throttle. All receipts available. I am accepting Paypal, Certified check, Money orders and cash. Thank you for looking and reading. I am French speaking as well and I hope described the car to the very best of my knowledge. Any question, feel free to call me 6464276488. Serious buyer only please. |

10 most memorable cars and SUVs of 2019
Tue, Dec 24 2019It's no surprise that a car reviewer will drive a large number of cars over the course of a year. Indeed, when the clock strikes midnight on Dec 31, I will have driven 75 new cars, trucks and SUV this year (and one old Peugeot) over the course of weekly evaluation loans and first drive events. That sure seems like a lot. Some definitely got more attention than others, and some came and went without leaving much of an impression – I completely forgot I drove a Kia Forte. Yet in the spirit of this day, I thought I'd pick the 10 that I would love to see under the Christmas tree tomorrow morning. You know, just in case you were looking to get me something. I'll also throw in a couple disappointments that were memorable for the wrong reasons. They'd get sent back to the store on Boxing Day. Lexus LC 500 Pictured below and resplendent in its Flare Yellow metallic paint, the car that would reach highest on my list is the divine Lexus LC 500. As a devout lover of GT cars, the LC ticks all the boxes. Muscular and characterful engine? V8, check. Beautifully made and memorable interior? It's gorgeous, to hell with Remote Touch. Check. Comfortable and reasonably practical? Superb seats and, uh, yeah. Makes me want to stand there and stare at it? You bet. Though I long figured my heart would say LC but my head "Porsche 911," after this go-around, that's no longer the case. LC, pretty please. 2020-lexus-lc500-f34-2 View 19 Photos Polestar 1 I actually feel lucky that I got to drive the Polestar 1. Only 150 will be produced each year, and it's a far more special thing than it would initially appear. And that's despite initially appearing to be a beautiful, classic two-door GT car with a roof so rakish it's only possible because it's made of carbon fiber. That itÂ’s a massively powerful plug-in hybrid with more all-electric range than any other PHEV is a thick dollop of whipped cream on a slice of Toscakaka. You know, Swedish dessert, Swedish car. Fine, I'll stick to Ikea references. Polestar1_Launch_SanFrancisco-0014 View 44 Photos Volvo V60 Cross Country Speaking of Sweden, did I drive this car off the road there? Sure did! And despite this, the V60 Cross Country scratches that certain wagon itch and looks sensational to boot. I wish it were available with the T8 plug-in hybrid powertrain, but it's best not to get greedy at Christmas.
Jaguar Land Rover might buy another luxury brand that it doesn't need
Mon, Sep 25 2017It seems that Jaguar Land Rover may be getting bigger in the near future. According to Bloomberg, the company is looking at acquiring some tech companies, and possibly yet another luxury car brand, provided that it fits with the current lineup of cars. On the surface, this makes some sense since Bloomberg reports that a whopping 78 percent of Tata Motors' revenue comes from luxury brands. And of course, any kind of tech acquisition could be useful considering the rapid development of electric and autonomous vehicles. But dig a little deeper, and a possible luxury brand acquisition just doesn't make sense for Jaguar Land Rover. The main reason for this is that the Jaguar and Land Rover brands have the luxury market thoroughly covered. Both brands offer full luxury lines from entry-level to high-end ( Discovery Sport to Range Rover on the Land Rover side, and XE to XJ on the Jaguar side). They also cater to every kind of luxury, from sporty vehicles such as the F-Type and SVR Land Rovers, to cushy luxury machines such as the XJ and Range Rover. So whether the company is competing with BMW or Mercedes, Jaguar and Land Rover have the bases covered. There aren't any other typical luxury brands that would actually add anything to the current lineup. In fact, adding another conventional luxury brand could actually result in the new brand poaching existing Jaguar and Land Rover buyers, rather than picking up new ones. What would make more sense for Jaguar Land Rover would be to pick up either a more mainstream brand, or an ultra-luxury marque. Neither Jaguar nor Land Rover has something that competes directly with the likes of Ford or Toyota in the mainstream game, or Rolls-Royce or Bentley at the top of the luxury heap. Picking up a brand in one of these segments would allow JLR and Tata Motors to actually expand offerings and pick up more sales, rather than having an internal competitor. What path would be ideal? Probably going even farther upmarket. Supercar makers and ultra-luxury brands continue to sell well, and there's the potential for significant profit by layering on features and content to existing platforms. Perhaps the best possibility for a high-end complement to Jaguar Land Rover would be Aston Martin. Not only does it have a strong reputation and line-up, it also could handle both supercars and luxury sedans, thanks to its Lagonda sub brand. Of course it would require Aston Martin to be receptive to a purchase.
Jaguar Land Rover to cut $6.8 billion in costs
Tue, Nov 10 2015Jaguar Land Rover reduce costs by $6.8 billion and will push annual production volume to 1 million vehicles under a secret project called Leap 4.5, according to Reuters. The British automaker wants to achieve these ambitious goals by the end of the decade to compensate for the changing market in China and to counteract the price of meeting stricter emissions standards around the world. Leap 4.5 won't mean firing workers or cutting the automaker's $4.5 billion annual research budget. JLR will instead find savings by underpinning more models with modular platforms and by adjusting its supply chain. Future factories like the one in Brazil and the proposed plant in Slovakia also won't be affected by the new strategy. Globally, JLR continues to grow, and deliveries are up two percent through October 2015 to 390,965 vehicles. Business just last month was up 24 percent year-over-year to 41,553 units. However, the auto market's downturn in China has taken a bite out the automaker's success because volume dropped there 32 percent in the third quarter, Reuters reported. A global volume of 1 million vehicles will mean more than doubling 2014's 462,678 deliveries, but JLR has made significant investments to boost production recently. In addition to the future factories, it opened its first plant in China last year and an engine assembly site in the UK. The company also signed a deal with Magna Steyr in 2015 to build an upcoming model in Austria. Related Video:
