Selling my 2003 Land Rover Discovery! This suv is in great shape. Car has been great and can not be stopped in deep snow! I always run rotella t full synthetic oil, and use premium fuel. Also, I had the front driveline rebuilt as soon as I purchased it. It runs great and has no known mechanical issues. It has only 113k miles. The title is clean!

Currently, the passenger window motor doesn't seem to work, but the window is up. Shouldn't be a big issue to fix. This rover drives great, and the AC blows cold. The tires are in great shape. There is a dent in the back above the passenger side taillight, from the previous owner hitting a branch. It wasn't a big deal to me, so I never got it fixed. It can be seen in the pictures.

It is being sold as is, where is, and no warranty expressed or implied. I will answer any questions to the best of my ability, but I can tell you this is one nice rover. Shipping will be buyer's responsibility, though I can assist in coordinating.

Jaguar has moved its Range Rover Evoque-bodied tests of the production C-X17 Concept from icy streets to the legendary Nürburgring, as work continues on the brand's first SUV.
Really, there's not a great deal of new stuff here. Based on the number plates, this is a different vehicle from the one we saw back in March, which we originally identified as the upcoming replacement for the Land Rover Freelander/LR2. The details, though, appear largely the same. The biggest distinction we can see between the March tests and this are the US-spec headlights, which add amber reflectors at their sides. Based on these shots, it does seem as if the C-X17 should be a fairly poised road vehicle, as the engineers hustle it around the 'Ring.
Of course, as soon our spies can capture images of a production-bodied C-X17, we'll be sure to pass those on to you. California adapts ZEV mandate with PHEVs for smaller automakers

California is the nation's largest market for zero-emissions vehicles with over 100,000 of them estimated to be on the roads there. The state's goal is to keep that number growing every year. To that end, the California Air Resources Board is now tweaking its rules in a way that might not boost ZEVs but could mean more plug-in hybrids for the Golden State. Jaguar Land Rover, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Subaru, and Volvo asked for an exemption to the state's zero-emissions vehicle mandate last year due to their relatively small development budgets compared to larger automakers. CARB denied their request but did craft a compromise, according to Automotive News. Rather than being required to offer a ZEV in the state, companies with an annual global revenue of less than $40 billion, like those in this group, may instead sell plug-in hybrids to earn ZEV credits. The companies aren't completely off the hook, though. If these plug-in hybrids don't earn enough credits, the corporations must buy them on the market to make up the difference. Automakers with popular electric models like Nissan and Tesla have made a big business through this trading system by selling their surplus to rivals. Tesla alone pocketed $51 million in the first quarter from this part of its business, according to Automotive News. The changes to the regulations also aren't set in stone, yet. CARB is meeting in 2016 and could adjust things further at that time.
