Up for auction is a 2003 Land Rover Discovery with a top end redone less than 10k ago. Engine runs good and transmission works fine. I was driving this vehicle until the gears in the front end went. This vehicle was set up with coil spring suspension and 2 inch lift. It was driven on a regular basis both on road and in deep mountainous terrain. The front bumper is a heavy duty brush guard with winch mount that was almost $1000. It has steel rocker panel guards and a heavy duty steel roof rack. This was not Johnny Homemaker's rig. As you can see in the pictures, the top end was replaced and the reserve for this vehicle is set lower than what I paid for the rebuild. I am selling this as a running, moving parts vehicle. There are a lot of other almost new parts on this vehicle and it is well worth the reserve. Please don't bid if you're not willing to pay. I can deliver for $1 a mile. I will require a $500 deposit within three (3) days of auction end. This vehicle is also for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end auction at any time. JustDrive will allegedly deliver on the long-promised idea of natural communication between driver and car.
Jaguar Land Rover's all-new InControl system is set to get a big bump as the British company will add a new service called JustDrive, which expands on the smartphone-focused infotainment system by adding a singular voice controller for a wide array of the system's currently available apps.
