Rare Land Rover Defender XD 90 Wolf
I am the first registered owner of this rare Military Wolf in excellent mechanical condition. It has a 2.5 litre 300Tdi turbo diesel engine, 5 speed R380 gearbox, 2 speed transfer box with diff lock, disc brakes and coil springs all round, power steering, Full ROPS system to protect all passengers, rear bench seats, light guards, Military spec soft top, full steering guard, gearbox/engine oil cooler, NATO towing equipment. The military-only Wolf Defender benefits from a strengthened heavy duty chassis (sprayed internally with Dinitrol rust proofing), axles/diffs, load bed, wheels, and 24 volt electrics. Many modifications on the Wolf were done by Ricardo Vehicle Engineering. This is a rare vehicle even to be released in the UK in this kind of shape, I have spent lots of time, money and effort on this project and is the best example I have seen. I think It would make a good investment for the right person as the Defender will stop production in 2015 as we know it, thus increasing its value. The Cherokee SRT is the patriotic choice among the three, but it's down on power in this fight.
