NEXT - PLEASE STOP ASKING ME TO TAKE MORE PICTURES AND VIDEOS. I HAVE HAD 100'S OF PEOPLE ASK ABOUT THE CAR, 2 FAKE BIDDERS WHO SUDDENLY DIDN'T HAVE THE MONEY, AND I AM STILL SELLING IT. SO TAKE MY WORD THE CAR LOOKS BEAUTIFUL AND STARTS FINE, AND COME SEE IT YOU WANT TO SEE MORE. ALSO, IF YOU ARE MARRIED AND WISH TO STAY MARRIED DO NOT BUY THIS VEHICLE. YOU WILL BE APPROACHED. REPEATEDLY. FULL DESCRIPTION ---- 2009 Black Lamborghini Murcielago USA Made This car is stunning. Absolute Stunning. This is a 95% American made tribute to one of the most beautiful vehicles ever made. Runs perfect, does not overheat. This vehicle is not intended as a challenge to the "Lamborghini" or "Murcielago" trademark. Like a cover band singing beatles songs this is only a tribute to one of the greatest cars ever made. 95% made with replica parts, 95% USA made. The other 5% is genuine lamborghini, because it was just easier to fit in genuine seats and some other little details as opposed to recreating everything. The engine is a powerful V8 from a Cadillac Deville 1992. Frame is pontiac fiero. So how do you describe a car like this? Let's start with a commonly used grading scale for cars of this type. A: Exact replicas, everyday drives, 100k-200k range. Only a mechanic who has worked on lamborghini's would know the difference. Will fool valet's an lamborghini owners. B: Good replicas that run and fool valets, but under close inspection won't hold up. Real Lamborghini owners will not be fooled if they get a chance to look inside. 60k - 90k range. C: Still a stunning completed replica, but something obvious wrong that won't fool a valet or some reason it can't fool a valet who parks lambos (ie interior problem, or clear rough area of car) 20-40k range. D: Still a "completed car," but obvious external or internal problems that will allow disbelief of even a person wllho isn't familiar with lambos. 20k range F: Unfinished vehicles. 99% of vehicles out there are this type. They are an unfinished sob story of some unfortunate person who usually put 80,000k over the last who knows how many years into this project and never finished it. Finishing it will usually require a professional repair shop and more than the car is worth to repair. This car is described by myself as a "B MINUS" It will fool valets, has a few very minor paint job problems (so could a real lambo), and has an interior that is a little simple, although not rough enough to make it a C, in my opinion. It runs very well. THIS CAR IS NOT AN EVERYDAY DRIVE! What do I mean by that? Well the engine is a wonderfully maintained powerful V8 from 1992. This means that the engine is 18 years old. 18 year old engines have some problems. This one has none that I am aware of, but will need repairs at some point. So a real 2009 murcielago will last for 15,000 miles on average, and require a major repair of $20,000 or more at least every 5000 miles, even if well maintained, and you will need to take it to a lamborghini dealership to do this. This car will never need a repair of that caliber, and can be repaired at any repair shop for a fraction of the cost. YOU WOULD BE A COMPLETE MORON TO TAKE THIS CAR ON THE HIGHWAY. There's nothing wrong with it, but come on, this is a hand made car and should not be exposed to that kind of driving. This is a great car for going out to dinner or having a night on the town, but is NOT an everyday drive. Anywhere you take this car you will be the center of attention. You cannot take this car to starbucks because when you go inside everyone will be outside looking at your car so there will be no one to take your order. Features: 1.) Fully operational door poppers with ELECTRIC DOOR OPENERS ON BOTH SIDES. THIS MEANS THE DOORS OPEN AND CLOSE REMOTELY, UNLIKELY NORMAL FACTORY MURCIELAGO AND AVENTADOR DOORS WHICH CAN POP UP BUT THEN NEED TO BE PHYSICALLY PUT BACK DOWN. 2.) Very expensive custom rims and tires. 3.) Automatic Transmission Shipping will be about $500 west coast, $1000 east coast. If you want to come see this car you may contact me. The closest airport is PHX. I recommend you see this vehicle before you buy it. Not because it's anything less than I am describing, but because with a custom vehicle like this you REALLY should know what you are buying. You may fly out to see me out of PHX, or if you are serious about buying it I would be willing to ship the car to you with the option of refusing it without taking it off the carrier. I would only consider this option if I have a deposit for the full amount, and if we use a fully insured shipper. If you refuse the vehicle you would be responsible for shipping to you and back plus $1000.00 fee. I would still recommend this option rather than purchasing site unseen, because this is a major purchase and there's just no way pictures or my description could appropriately describe every detail of this incredible vehicle. I am a very well established, very well known dentist in this area, so there is no way I could take your money and run. If you are a serious buyer we can discuss this further. |

Lamborghini Urus gets the green light for production [UPDATE]
Wed, May 27 2015UPDATE: We've gotten the official press release from Lamborghini, which you can read below. In it, company president Stephan Winkelmann does say that the new vehicle will be built in Sant'Agata Bolognese in a move to demonstrate "our commitment to safeguarding the values of 'Made in Italy' worldwide." It's been a long time coming, but the official word has finally come down: Lamborghini is going to build the Urus. The Italian automaker first gave us a sneak peak at the crossover concept in New York, before revealing the Urus in concept form at the Beijing Motor Show back in 2012. And we had a chance to catch up with it again in Monterey that summer. That's a lot of buildup. Ever since, Lambo has been toying with putting it into production as its third model line, alongside the existing Huracan and Aventador two-door supercars. All it's been waiting for is the go-ahead from parent Volkswagen, which it has now received. Autoblog received confirmation from a spokesman at Lamborghini of the Urus' production approval, with official details to be announced within the next few hours. Word has it that the high-riding Raging Bull will hit showrooms in 2018, but watch this space for more details as we find them. The Urus (or whatever it's ultimately called) will join a burgeoning market for high-end crossovers, alongside the likes of the Bentley Bentayga, Jaguar F-Pace, Aston Martin DBX and Maserati Levante. Unlike those forays, however, Lamborghini's will not be its first SUV. That honor will forever belong to the LM002, nicknamed the "Rambo Lambo" that came out just before the original Hummer and was powered by the Countach's V12 engine. Just what will power Sant'Agata's new crossover remains to be seen. However the signs have been pointing towards it at least being offered with the company's first hybrid powertrain, as previewed in the Asterion concept from Paris. With substantial incentives being offered by the Italian government, it is expected to be built in Italy – or at least assembled there. Much of the production work is likely to be carried out in Slovakia where the Audi Q7, Volkswagen Touareg and Porsche Cayenne (with which the Urus is destined to share its underpinnings) are made. Scroll down to read the official announcement.
Aussie Ford Falcon GT shows its rear end to Lamborghini Gallardo
Sun, 27 Apr 2014When Ford Australia announces, as it did recently, that it wants to celebrate the end of its Ford Performance Vehicle division with a Falcon FPV GT-F that celebrates big-bore origins of the nameplate, it's talking about the kind of car in this video.
At some point the classic Falcon GT - said to be an XY series - was invited to a test of acceleration against a Lamborghini Gallardo. At the very least, the Falcon GT had a 351 cubic-inch motor and 300 horsepower, but whatever this guy's got under the hood of his yellow sedan makes has him so confident that he doesn't even move his elbow from its resting place on the door.
You'll find a reminder of Ford Australia's heyday, a raucous exhaust note and some NSFW language in the short video below.
Lamborghini Veneno supercar celebrates the bull's 50th birthday
Mon, 04 Mar 2013While yesterday's and today's leaks of the 2013 Lamborghini Veneno took some of the mystery out of this 50th-anniversary hypercar, the exotic, street-legal racecar is no less exciting. Now with the official announcement, we get more details about what three lucky people on Earth will get to experience.
The Veneno is named after one of the fastest and strongest fighting bulls ever.
As we suspected, the Veneno name follows the Lamborghini tradition of naming its cars after famous fighting bulls, and this new Aventador-based hypercar is named after one of the fastest and strongest fighting bulls ever, a bull that gained recognition back in 1914 for killing a matador. To match its name, the Veneno gets its strength from Lamborghini's 6.5-liter V12 producing 750 horsepower and tops out at 220 miles per hour.
