2004 Lamborghini Murcielago Base Coupe 2-door 6.2l on 2040-cars
Pensacola, Florida, United States
2004 Lamborghini Murcielago with 10,300 miles, silver color with custom wrap, the black is a vinyl wrap that can easily be removed if you do not like it. This car runs excellent and has an RSC exhaust that gives it a very mean sound. The engine has just had service which included oil change, new plugs, new coil packs and trans oil just changed as well as differential. The radiator and coolant system was flushed at 8,000 miles. Tires are new with 2,000 miles on them. Brake pads were changed with tires also. The interior is black leather with suede headliner and suede dash. The seats are in very good shape and there are no tears or rips in interior.
Exterior paint is in great shape with no major flaws, a few rock chips in front but overall very nice looking. Everything works in the car, especially the front lift and A/C blows super cold. Fly in and drive it home it is ready to go or I can help with shipping. I may have missed something so call Darren at 850-291-7198 if you have any questions. |

Novitec Torado takes a stab at improving the Lamborghini Aventador [w/video]
Sat, 06 Jul 2013Novitec has finished its tuning program for the Lamborghini Aventador, and it has called the mean-looking finished product, Torado. It looks like it wants to take the pedestrian sinisterness of the Aventador into an otherworldly rage, with carbon fiber vents, spoilers and protrusions lining the body from front to back.
Novitec says it's still good for daily use, even with four different stages of power tune and a fifth out-of-the-ballpark injection called "Bi-Kompressor." The power bumps start at 722 horsepower and 519 pound-feet and go up to 969 hp and 672 lb-ft with the bi-kompressor. The exhaust systems included in those packages are also good for shaving around 20 kilos from the car's weight.
There's a short press release below with more on Novitec's work, and a video of the Torado in the wind tunnel.
Lamborghini agrees to produce Urus in Italy
Tue, May 26 2015The Lamborghini Urus is apparently on the way, and it looks like it will be built in Italy. The news comes from Bloomberg, which claims Lambo CEO Stephan Winkelmann and Audi CEO Rupert Stadler will be joined by Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi on Wednesday to announce a series of tax breaks to bring SUV production to Italy. The report cites multiple "people familiar with the matter." The details of the deal include up to 500 new jobs in exchange for $87 million in tax breaks along with "other benefits," according to Bloomberg. Just over a year ago, it was looking like Urus production was headed for Slovakia, where it'd be built alongside its MLB platform-mates, the Audi Q7, Volkswagen Touareg, and Porsche Cayenne. News of Italy's bid surfaced this spring. We'll be sure to keep an eye out for any official news as it becomes available. Related Video:
Lamborghini teases engine sound, but of Sesto Elemento or Cabrera?
Tue, 26 Nov 2013Lamborghini has launched a website for something it calls the Hexagon Project. The mysterious page asks that you submit your email address, and then it gives you a taste of glorious V10 engine noise, with the message: "Listen to your instinct. Discover the roar of a new creature from Lamborghini. That will be just the beginning."
But where is that wonderful noise going to come from? Since we don't see Lambo launching a front-engined, front-drive minivan in the near future, we're guessing it'll be found in the back of some low-slung, edgy super car.
In our minds, that leaves two candidates. The popular opinion, perpetuated by our friends at Jalopnik, is that this is the engine for Lambo's Gallardo replacement, rumored to be called the Cabrera. This is a sound guess, although the naming of the site, Hexagon Project, makes us think that there's more to it all than just the Cabrera's new engine.
