Super-Bad!

Now if you're into bragging rights, it doesn't get much better than this! This competition killer is a 2008 Lamborghini Superleggera with just 11K miles. The car alone would get you a bunch of props, but the owner of this one is a firm believer in the "Stock Sucks" theory. He sent it to Dallas Performance where they spent a bunch of money making it one of the fastest street legal cars around. This thing is now putting out 1,100 wheel horse power! If you can't earn some state issued driving awards with that, your local highway patrol should lay off the donuts! If you think your ticker can handle this car, give me a shout and we'll get you strapped in!

Less than 2000 miles on the build. I've been building her up for the past year and I can tell you this is the perfect Twin Turbo opportunity for someone looking to get into 1000+whp cars.

This car is near perfect on the exterior. Only blemish of note is a small scratch out of sight under the car on the diffuser, well less than normal wear and tear as I had the dealer swap for the freshest one on the floor at the time of purchase.

Interior is equally near perfect with the only blemish being one small hairline scratch on the driver's side door panel, out of sight when the door is shut and near impossible to find in broad daylight unless you know exactly where to look.

Wheels have never been curbed and have received a gloss-black treatment to better compliment the yellow tri-coat. Tires have <2000 miles on them and are Toyo Proxes R888. They are literally like new.

This is model is equipped with regular brakes. NON-CCB    So that means they are quieter, work better for daily use, and won't kill your pocketbook when it is time for maintenance. Rotors and pads are fresh with >80% life remaining.

This beast runs 800whp and 1000whp on pump gas. She also has settings for 1000whp race gas and 1100whp race gas. She can be tuned for whichever race gas you prefer before delivery. A four setting switch cleanly mounted at the rear of the center console allows for on-the-fly power setting changes.

She might have 1100whp but she runs OEM stock when you are not "on it". City speeds she is smooth as silk. Easy cold starts every time. Smooth idle all day long. No odd mannerisms. No weird check engine lights. You disable traction control manually at startup to prevent interference when on-boost (a requirement of most tcs-equipped boost-enabled cars). And then you are ready to go. She gets 19-20mpg on the highway. And the attention this car generates is unreal.

And you simply won't believe the power. Even in the lowest setting it will knock the wind out of your lungs. The blink of an eye is all it takes to reach throw-me-under-the-jail speeds. And with the 220mph drop gears you can enjoy allowing the car to stretch it's legs at mile events if that is your thing.

Car has zero issues. Has received fresh fluids services in the past 500 miles. Needs nothing at all. PPI is welcome. This car truly is "like new" !! And she is mechanically overbuilt so she will last.

I am selling so I can move on to other projects. (we have a one-toy-at-a-time rule in my house it seems)

Includes both keys, transmitters (with new batteries in each fob), all manuals and tools. Nothing is missing!

Serious buyers only please private message with questions. More pics available on request. Thanks for viewing!

Lamborghini owner forgives teen for using car as a bike ramp

Thu, Oct 20 2016

A teenager in Singapore got off shockingly easy after he was caught on camera riding his bike across the hood of a Lamborghini last week. According to The New Paper, Izzadnaff Abdul Qusyairl was on his way to play some games at a local arcade in Bedok, Singapore, when he saw a bright yellow Lamborghini Gallardo parked outside of Bedok Stadium. Being a dumb teenager, Izzadnaff decided to pull a stunt he saw on YouTube. Izzadnaff rode his bike up the hood and over the top of the Lambo. Unfortunately for him, the Lambo's dashcam was on and caught him in the act. The Lambo's owner, Aaron Keder, uploaded the footage to Facebook, kicking off an internet manhunt for the young cyclist. Qusyairl's mother got wind of the situation and quickly took matters into her own hands by first giving her son a stern talking to and then contacting Keder through a mutual friend. "Izzadnaff is usually obedient. I don't know what happened to him that day," she told New Paper. "He was very afraid to admit to his mistake after that, but I told him that he had done something wrong, so he had to stand up and admit his mistake." Thankfully, Keder seemed to have a good sense of humor about the incident and agreed to sit down with the abashed teen and sort the situation out. "I met the family on Sunday afternoon and we have resolved the issue," said Keder. "All I wanted was an explanation from the boy and to know how he felt when he went on top of my car. I also wanted him to know that what he had done was wrong and not to repeat it."Related Video: Image Credit: Caddy Viral / YouTube Auto News Weird Car News Lamborghini singapore stunts bmx lambo gallardo

Lamborghini Miura, Porsche 911 highlight Techno Classica

Mon, Apr 11 2016

Visitors to the Techno Classica show in Germany this weekend were treated to the spectacle of all manner of classic cars under the roof of the Messe Essen. Not surprisingly, the Volkswagen Group was well represented, with the historical departments of two of its flagship marques showcasing their in-house restoration projects – albeit in radically different states of repair. While Porsche brought a completely restored example of a particularly storied 911, Lamborghini went the opposite route by displaying the bare body-in-white for a Miura. With the Miura now celebrating its 50th anniversary, Lamborghini's recently launched PoloStorico division is in the process of restoring several examples. Chassis #5030 is a Miura SV that, as you can see, is still in the middle of its refurbishment, its frame corrected but still unfinished – but that didn't stop the Raging Bull marque from putting it on display. It was joined by the freshly completed green example (chassis #4846) that was the department's first project, as well as the engine from a Miura P400S. Meanwhile, Porsche Classic arrived with a lovely 911 2.5 S/T, the precursor of the 911 RSR. One of only 24 examples made, this particular vehicle won its class at Le Mans in 1972 at the hands of works driver Jurgen Barth (who would alter claim victory overall in '77). It was rediscovered in poor health decades later by a collector, who commissioned Porsche Classic to bring it back to life. The task proved monumental, the vehicle having been modified, crashed, rusted, and used as a playground for children. Both vehicles aptly demonstrate the kind of care that these manufacturers' own restoration departments put into preserving their company's legacy. If you weren't in Essen this weekend to see them first-hand, you can check them both out in the pair of image galleries. Related Video: LAMBORGHINI POLOSTORICO AT TECHNO CLASSICA 2016: RESTORATIONS CELEBRATE MIURA 50TH ANNIVERSARY Lamborghini PoloStorico is at Techno Classica in Essen, 6-10 April 2016, celebrating the Miura's 50th anniversary and illustrating its scope of expertise in restoring classic Lamborghini models. Showing the original Miura SV first unveiled at the 1971 Geneva Motor Show and the subject of a full restoration by Lamborghini PoloStorico, the stand also displays a Miura chassis demonstrating work in progress and a fully overhauled Miura engine.

Lamborghini Aventador SV clocks sub 7 minute Nurburgring lap

Mon, May 18 2015

The list of cars that have lapped the Nurburgring in under seven minutes is about as short as the ride heights on the supercars of which it's composed. There's the Radical SR8 (that's just barely street-legal), there are hybrid hypercars like the Porsche 918 Spyder and McLaren P1, and now there's one more in the Lamborghini Aventador LP750-4 SV. Lambo unveiled its latest Superveloce in Geneva just a couple of months ago, boasting an upgraded version of its free-revving V12, unburdened by 110 pounds of excess weight and fitted with enhanced equipment. The result of all these improvements is 740 horsepower, 509 pound-feet of torque, a 2.8-second 0-62 time, a top speed of 217 miles per hour and a Nordschleife lap time of 6:59.73. No turborchargers, no hybrid assist, no type certification or regulatory loopholes. Just an old-fashioned twelve-cylinder supercar doing what it does best, and trouncing just about everything else in the process. The lap time was clocked during development tests for the Lambo's P Zero Corsa tires, and appears to have been run with a roll cage in place, but we don't know if there were any other modifications carried out (or for that matter if the time was verified by any external authority). The timing of this video's release comes right on the heels of Seat having claimed the lap record for wagons and both the 24-Hour and World Touring Car Championship races taking place at the Green Hell this weekend.
