Vehicle Built by Ron's Toy Store. One of the best
Diablo replica builders in the world. Ron is located in Canada and he can supply
all replacement parts for the car. He is also a great guy and very easy to deal
with. This is one of the most accurate diablo 1999 replicas ever created. Unless you are a real Lamborghini Diablo owner, nobody else ever suspects its a replica. Here is few fun facts:
-1999 Lamborghini Diablo Roadster body by NAERC, the most accurate replica body ever created with 6900 miles. -Diablo.6.0 two tone leather/vinyl interior , top stitched. -carbon fiber center console -carbon fiber door sills with Diablo emblems -carbon fiber gauge plate -gated shifter plate with chrome replica shifter -working and authentic looking Lamborghini windshield wiper with carbon fiber wind deflectors -power windows go all the way up and the removable roof fits great on top or over the engine cover. - Lamborghini style VDO Black face gauges with chrome bezels. - Pioneer touch screen head unit Audio / Video / Stereo - DVD. Pioneer amplifier with Infinity support component with 2- 12" subwoofers and 2 sets of Infinity Midbass and tweeters,($7000 installed at the time), crystal clear sound. - 400HP Chevrolet V8 (GM350) - Small block built to high performance specifications to include 10.5:1 compression ratio pistons, roller rocker arms, roller camshaft and lifters. - 8 quart racing oil pan. -Edelbrock performer intake manifold. Edelbrock 750cfm carburetor with electric choke. -custom headers -4 core aluminum radiator (front) and twin(2) aluminum 4 core radiators (rear). Temperature controlled electric fans on the radiators just like on the real car. -5 speed manual transmission Getrag transaxle. -brand new Center Force clutch disc and pressure plate installed last month. -Canadian customs Tubular "A" arms front and rear. -Rack and pinion steering. -Front air ride, can be raised and lowered. Coil over rear suspension. -Gator Racing axles. -4 wheel disc cross drilled rotors (12" Wilwood components). -18" Polished Diablo Roadster wheels mounted on 225/40ZR18 Michelin Pilot (fronts),335/30ZR18(rears) in new condition. -Full engine cover with intakes and side pieces, too much to list. All gauges on the car work!!!! Speedo shows you are going more then you actually are and probably wound need to be recalibrated. All interior has been dynamatted for acoustic performance. I had the car completely serviced last month with the engine cradle out of the car. In addition to the new high performance Centerforce clutch the car received all new spark plugs, new valve cover gaskets, new transmission seals, motor mounts, new grounds, all new fluids(transmission, engine, coolant and clutch fluids, new air filter, oil filter and oil change). Will include the receipts. Car has appraisal of $115k and it's one of the nicest Diablo replica ever created. Doors open and close perfectly all the way up and are solid, not wobbly and falling apart like on most kit cars, power windows go all the way up as well for a perfect fit. The car is in great shape, it does have some wear on the seats from getting in and out, but the car has been driven and not just stored. Passenger window has a small crack in the corner , has been there for a long time and does not expand, I have a small sticker over it and it's not very visible. Car overall in beautiful condition. One thing that will need to be taken care of is to replace one of the front air bags, it's leaking air. This part is available for purchase from summit racing and it will be included with the car. I just havent had the time to take it to the shop to have it installed, which is really simple task. This is one of a kind opportunity, there are many lamborghini replicas go for sale but there are only 4 or 5 of those left in the country that are so authentic looking. Do your research. Please email for details or call 224-392-0011 after 6 pm or on a weekend. Videos:

Lamborghini Hurac?n configurator is ready for your Italian fantasies
Mon, 24 Feb 2014The Lamborghini Huracán might be one of the most anticipated cars to come out of Sant'Agata since the launch of its predecessor, the Gallardo. While we're stuck waiting to drive the V10-powered, all-wheel-drive Huracán, we can at least play around with the all-new configurator, which has just gone live.
Now, in terms of other online builders, the Huracán's is rather light. Tweakable features are limited to exterior and interior colors, wheel designs, caliper colors and a few other smaller items. There are also no prices listed, although this is hardly unusual for exotic configurators (Aston Martin, Bentley, Ferrari and Rolls-Royce all leave pricing info off their configurators).
Despite being rather low on stuff to do, designing one's personalized Lamborghini will always remain a pleasant means of whiling away a slow day at work. Hop over to Lamborghini's website and have a look.
Watch a parade of five Lamborghinis make their way through a shopping mall
Sat, 19 Jul 2014It's easy to forget that high-performance cars are not limited in size to something like a Lotus Elise or Mazda MX-5. They can get big. Take Lamborghini, for example. It might focus on combining low curb weights and high-output engines, but an Aventador very nearly occupies the same amount of space on the road as a fullsize Range Rover (the Lambo is only about eight inches shorter, although it is an inch wider, excluding the mirrors on both vehicles).
Considering this, getting one of the Italian exotics inside the cramped confines of a mall is a rather tall order. After all, the thoroughfares there are designed for people, and are often bisected by either smaller shopping stands, pillars or some sort of fauna. Getting five Lamborghinis in, though, is an exercise in patience in precision.
Lamborghini of Miami did just that, stuffing five of the exotics inside a local mall. On the way out, one of the workers used GoPros to chronicle the entire process. It's an entertaining bit, if not a bit cringe-inducing on some of the tighter bits.
Lamborghini's path to the future is paved with forged composites
Wed, Jul 13 2016As far back as 1983, Lamborghini has been researching carbon fiber for automotive use. The automaker felt confident enough in its ability to work with the high-tech material in 1985 that a team led by Maurizio Reggiani, now the Lamborghini Board Member in charge of Research and Development, crafted a revolutionary Countach with a chassis made almost entirely of hand-laid carbon fiber. The result was spectacular in that the car's chassis weighed about half of its all-metal counterpart. It turned out that first foray into carbon fiber was just as spectacular when it was finally tested for crashworthiness, but in a completely different way. Catastrophic would be an appropriate word, according to Paolo Feraboli, who now leads Lambo's brand-new Advanced Composite Structures Laboratory in Seattle, Washington. Proving how far Lamborghini has come since that ill-fated carbon-fiber Countach Evoluzione, Feraboli told us during the ACSL's grand opening that today's Aventador, which boasts a high-tech carbon chassis, aced its very first crash test in 2009. Chalk that success up to high-tech computer modeling and the practical application of lessons learned over several decades of trial and error. The dull red monocoque of that crashed Aventador now hangs on the wall at the ACSL like a functional piece of art, a reminder of Lamborghini's cutting-edge milestones of the past. Lamborghini's future will be hewn from what the company calls forged composites. First seen on the stunning Sesto Elemento Concept from the 2010 Paris Motor Show, the patented carbon-forging process forgoes hand-laid sheets, injected resins, and high-heat autoclaves. Instead, wads of randomly oriented carbon fibers that sort of resemble the kind of dough you'd use to make pasta undergo a three-minute press inside a mold. The resulting parts are just as strong as other carbon-fiber bits, but can be mass-produced at a fraction of the cost. While it's true that cost is often a secondary consideration for high-end supercars, it's still relevant. By reducing the cost and increasing the scale of composite pieces, Lamborghini can then afford to spend more money on other parts of the car. It's not just body panels and chassis components that Lamborghini thinks it can build using forged composite technology. The Sesto Elemento featured forged-composite suspension control arms that haven't yet made it into production, but probably will soon.
