The only 6.0 SE currently for sale anywhere in the world.

The last time any 6.0 SE was advertised was the final car that sold @ Barrett Jackson auctions January 2012, so you know how far and few between these cars are let alone change hands. The Barrett Jackson car was Canadian spec and not for sale or to be driven in the USA. My car is a USA spec, it is # 34 & probably one of  no more than 10 in the USA.

Painted in Maroone Eclipse, a highly sought after color in modern Lamborghini's and offered here as one of only 20 in the entire world. Pictures car never do the car justice, this is my 4th 6.0 i've owned and the most beautiful of them all.

Vehicle has just completed a major overhaul and full service, all books and both tool kits included. Factory car cover in the bag (Yellow), as well as the custom 3 piece luggage set that sits in the trunk. These are all unique and one offs. I'm pretty sure i have everything with the car just as it was when it left the factory.

List of components replaced:

  • New clutch flywheel assembly
  • New CV Joints and boots
  • New tires

Interior.

  • The ONLY TWO TONE 6.0 SE to ever leave the factory
  • Seats are Cream and Maroone, with Maroone perforated.
  • Carbon fibre Titanium weave.
On a scale of 10, there is zero doubt this car is a 10 in every way. The Titanium carbon fibre is all original in mint condition, there is not 1 scratch underneath the car, the bottom of the bumpers look as good as the top. I welcome all inspections and encourage you to do so, whoever inspects the car, will without doubt be amazed by the condition of the car.

Last notation and VERY important, if you are the winning bidder, YOU MUST have this car PPI'd. I want the buyer to be 100% happy with the purchase, you're spending a LOT of money on this classic car, make sure you get what you expect. DO NOT buy the car and wire funds sight unseen, if you do purchase and decide not to view the car, the money will be refunded and transaction cancelled. In other words, part of the transaction record REQUIRES that the high and winning bidder pay for a PPI at the dealer of  choice, if no PPI is requested 96 hours after winning bid, deposit will be RETAINED (Due to you not following guidelines, i will keep this deposit) and car will be re-listed.

I'm happy to give any test drives, pick you up at TPA and take you and the car directly to the service shop of your choice.

YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED.

I believe based on very accurate records, that the Maroon Eclipse 6.0 SE is one of only 5 in the entire USA & i feel this is the most perfect and pristine example.

Performance doesn't matter anymore, it's all about the feel

Wed, Aug 24 2022

We've just had a week of supercars and high-end EVs revealed. Many of them boast outrageous performance specs. There were multiple vehicles with horsepower in the four-figure range, and not just sports cars, but SUVs with 0-60 mph times under 3.5 seconds. And it's not just a rarified set of supercar builders, comparatively small tuners are also building this stuff. Going fast is easy nowadays and getting easier. So what will distinguish the greats from the wannabes? It's all about how a car feels. This may seem obvious. "Of course it matters that a car should have good steering feel and a playful chassis!" you say. "Why are you being paid for this stuff?" But a lot of automakers have missed the memo. This past week I spent some time in a BMW M4 Competition convertible, and it's a perfect example of prioritizing performance over experience. It boggles my mind how a company can create such dead and disconnected steering; the weight never changes, there's no feel whatsoever. The chassis is inflappable, but to a fault, because it doesn't feel like anything you're doing is difficult or exciting. The car is astoundingly fast and capable, but it feels less like driving a car and more like tapping in a heading on the Enterprise-D. I also happened to drive something of comparable performance that was much more enjoyable: a Mercedes-AMG GT. It was a basic model with the Stealth Edition blackout package, and even though it had a twin-turbo V8 instead of a six-cylinder, it only made 20 more horsepower. The power wasn't the big differentiator, it was (say it with me) the feel. While not the best example, the steering builds resistance as you dial in lock, giving you a better idea of what's happening up front. Pulses and vibrations come back to you as you move over bumpy pavement in corners. The chassis isn't quite as buttoned down, either, providing a little bit of body roll that tells you you're pushing it. It's also easier to feel when the car is wanting to understeer or oversteer, and how your throttle and steering inputs are affecting it. The whole thing is much more involving, exciting and fun. 2021 Mercedes-AMG GT Stealth Edition View 8 Photos That's also to say nothing of the Merc's sounds. That V8 is maybe not the best sounding engine, but its urgent churn through the opened-up exhaust gets your heart racing. It also seems like it's vibrating the whole cabin, so you feel it as much as you hear it.

Top Gear's latest trailer shows off a golden Bugatti Chiron

Thu, Feb 23 2017

Top Gear is returning on March 5, and after a lackluster first series with the new hosts, the new group seems determined not to hit a sophomore slump. Chris Evans is gone, and the latest teaser trailer shows the new trio of Matt LeBlanc, Chris Harris, and Rory Reid strapped into some pretty fantastic cars, including the Bugatti Chiron and the Ford GT. All of the typical Top Gear segments appear to be present, though the quick cuts don't give us many details. The trailer shows a copious amount of powerslides from an assortment of cars, and even Chris Harris racing around Daytona. Aside from the Bugatti and Ford, cars from Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari, BMW, Aston Martin, and Alfa Romeo are all present. Co-hosts Eddie Jordan and Sabine Schmitz don't appear at all, so it seems their roles may be downplayed to focus on three guys, as was the case pre-reboot. We have some hope for this re-relaunched show and will be keeping an eye out for more details in the lead-up to the series premiere. Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 Roadster priced from $441,600 for US

Thu, 15 Nov 2012

European pricing for the 2013 Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster was released when the model was officially introduced early this week, but we had to wait a few extra days to see how much customers over here should expect to pay for the topless supercar. Now, Lamborghini has announced that US-bound versions of its new roadster will run $441,600, which doesn't include the $3,700 gas-guzzler tax, meaning the Aventador Roadster will wear a base MSRP of at least $445,300.
As a refresher, this new roadster is a topless version of the 700-horsepower, all-wheel-drive Aventador, and it features a two-piece removable top made of carbon fiber (each weighing in at around 13 pounds) that can be stored in the front trunk. Performance figures include a 0-60 time of under three seconds and a top speed of 217 miles per hour. Lamborghini is currently taking orders for the Aventador Roadster with the car set to go on sale next summer.
