Hi Folks - I am selling my 2006 Kia Sorento because I got an Int'l assignment and will be leaving shortly. I bought this vehicle 3 years ago and the car has served me extremely well. Few minor dings from everyday driving - Not visible unless you take a flash light to search for it. Worn out sway bar bushings at the back - The fix for that is $150 so I can discount that from the price or have it fixed before handing it over. AC works fine, Cloth seats in the Interior - Car was my primary mode of transportation and was well taken care of.

Kia: The Perfect Getaway
Mon, Feb 2 2015Former 007 Pierce Brosnan took on a new role for the 2015 Super Bowl, featuring in a spot for the new Kia Sorento. The fifth man to take on James Bond, Brosnan is being pitched a new project, although he doesn't seem to be totally on the same page as the executive that's trying to sell him. Where the actor expects a sniper and a missile launcher, he's confronted by a owl and a moose, respectively. It's a pretty humorous spot, all together. Kia decides on Mexico plant location for small car assembly
Fri, 06 Jun 2014Mexico has long been a hot spot for auto manufacturing, but the country's fortunes have been boosted lately, with Honda, Mazda and Nissan recently adding factories there, and BMW is said to be poised to join them soon. Now, new reports indicate that Kia might start building south of the border to keep up with demand.
Insiders speaking to Reuters claim that the Korean automaker is very close to striking a deal to build a factory for two small models in Monterrey, Mexico, with a 300,000-vehicle annual capacity. Assembly could reportedly begin as soon as 21 months after ground is broken.
If true, Kia has done a fantastic job of keeping the deal under wraps. The only hint at anything like this brewing was a rumor last year that Hyundai may have investigation building a factory in Mexico. The company currently operates a factory in Georgia that builds the Optima and Sorento.
