We are selling our toy. Nice 2005 TJ Wrangler, 6 cyl, 6 speed, A/C, almost 77,000 miles. Comes with both hard top and soft top. Daily driver. It has a 4inch skyjacker lift, new 33Inch BFG all terrains on brand new steel wheels with correct offset so no rubbing. It has a nice Pioneer stereo and new speakers in front and in the sound bar. Brand new front and rear brakes. 6 inch bushwacker fender flares. Heavy duty adjustable track bar, Warn rear bumper with D rings, hitch and spare tire carrier that has a 33in spare on. (never put oversize spare on stock carrier, it will bend tailgate). Everything works just fine. We bought it from a car dealer that rebuilds Jeeps and this one was in a front end accident, they replace the grill, hood, lights, bumper, and repaired the fenders. So it has a reconstructed title and lists the mileage as a million miles, thats how Massachusetts does it, if you look at the mileage history you can clearly see the mileage history, It is titled and registered in Massachusetts, the hardest state to retitled in so it is absolutely road worthy and just passed state vehicle inspection for 2013. We bought it stock and had the lift and mods added after we bought it and have put on 20,000 miles since we have owed it almost 3 years. It's fun to drive and gets us to the river where we spends summer nights. It has never been abused or done any hard 4 wheeling. 4wd works great.
Now all the things it needs to be perfect that we haven't bothered to do.
It has a few surface scratches from tree branches, two are through the paint.
The jeep has no rust except on the drivers side fender that was repaired, you can buy a new fender already red and bolt it on, we just haven't bothered with it.
Because of the lift the shifter had to be custom bent to clear the console and floor so sometimes it popps out of 2nd gear and reveres because we putt in a rubber shift boot that is mad fo another style car, again isn't a real issue as it doesn't always do it but we want to disclose it.
That's our toy, we love it but unfortunate family circumstances force us to sell.
If you have any questions or would like further pictures of anything please contact us.
good luck bidders!

Alfa Romeo will gain a Jeep Compass-based SUV
Fri, Nov 30 2018It was reported earlier this week that FCA would invest into its Italian factories to ramp up production at currently underutilized locations. Those plans have now been clarified with official information from FCA, as reported by Automotive News. The entire investment is worth $5.7 billion. First of all, Alfa Romeo will gain a new compact SUV based on the Jeep Compass architecture. The still-unnamed model will be available as a plug-in hybrid, and it will be built in Pomigliano, Italy. No U.S. availability has yet been announced, but it would not be odd to see the Compass-based model sold below the Stelvio in the States. The last time Alfa Romeo had anything similar in its model portfolio was when it offered Crosswagon-badged four-wheel-drive versions of the 156 and 159 wagons. As for the Jeep Compass itself, it will begin to be built at the Melfi plant in Italy. The rumored small "baby" Jeep slotting under the Renegade has not yet been officially mentioned. Fiat will introduce a battery electric 500, built in Turin, and the Pomigliano plant that will make the compact Alfa Romeo SUV will also be used to build a mild hybrid version of the Panda city car. The 500X will gain a PHEV variant. The Stelvio platform will also spawn a corresponding SUV for Maserati, and FCA also mentioned Maserati will introduce a new, unnamed model it will make in Modena. Automotive News quotes Italian press as saying this will be the Alfieri coupe and convertible, also offered as battery electric versions. Related Video:
8 cars we're most looking forward to driving in 2015
Mon, Jan 5 2015Now that 2014 is officially in the books, it's time to look ahead. And following our list of the cars we liked best last year, we're now setting our sights at the hot new metal that's coming our way in 2015. Some of these, we've already seen. And some are still set to debut during the 2015 auto show season. But these are the machines that keep us going – the things on the horizon that we're particularly stoked to drive, and drive hard. Jeep Renegade Not the Chevrolet Corvette Z06. Not the Ford Mustang GT350. Not the new John Cooper Works Mini. Nope, I'm looking forward to the adorable, trail-rated Jeep Renegade. And that's because I really, really, really like our long-term Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I do not, however, care too much for the Cherokee's looks, and I really don't like its $38,059 price tag. The Renegade Trailhawk, meanwhile, promises much of the same rough-and-tumble character as its big brother, but at what we expect will be a more reasonable price (I'm personally wagering on the baby Jeep's off-road model starting at no more than $23,000). With a 2.4-liter four-cylinder and a nine-speed automatic, it should also be a bit easier to fill than the V6-powered Cherokee. Also, I can't help but love the way the Renegade looks. It's like someone took a Wrangler, squished it by 50 percent and then handed it off to George Clinton for a healthy dose of funk. The interior, with its bright, expressive trims and color schemes should also be a really nice place to spend some time. I'll be attending the Renegade's launch later this month, so I'll have a much shorter wait than my colleagues. Here's hoping the baby Jeep lives up to my expectations. – Brandon Turkus Associate Editor Mazda MX-5 Miata Here's an uncomfortable truth: I'd rather spend a day driving a properly sorted Mazda MX-5 Miata of any generation on a winding road than I would nearly any other vehicle, regardless of power, price or prestige. It's not just that I prize top-down driving and enjoy the Miata's small size because it gives me more road to play with. I just find there's more motoring joy to be had with high-fidelity handling and an uncorrupted car-to-driver communication loop than I do with face-distorting power or grip – let alone valet-stand gravitas. But perhaps most of all, I love Miatas because they can deliver that level of feedback and driver reward at modest speeds that won't put the locals on edge or endanger lives – you can use more of the car more of the time.
