This is a VERY nice original Jeep Grand Wagoneer. We've had it for almost 2 years, and now it's time for someone else to enjoy it. We would love to keep it, but don't have the funds to buy a pick up (which we need) and keep the Wags :(

There is no rust (other that a rock chip here and there) Frame is great, body is VERY good...you'd be hard pressed to find a nicer original Wagoneer and not expect to pay 15K+...reserve is way lower than that.

This thing runs great, drives great (goes 75 down the interstate no problem) 4WD works flawlessly. Just an all around nice Jeep.

The bad.....Rear defrost doesn't work. Rear window works, but goes down slow. Right rear door window works intermittently. Right front door lock doesn't push the lock up all the way. AC works great, but needs charged in the spring (has a slow leak) Rear cargo carpet is not the best (see pictures) Has some slow leaks that leaves spots on the floor of the garage, but doesn't need added to between oil changes. The wood grain isn't perfect (has a couple spots mainly on the drivers door that is thin)

The good....4" lift with new BFG All Terrains (31 x 10.5 x 15) New last fall....water pump, fuel pump, oil pump, timing chain and gears, distributor cap/ rotor, radiator, ALL belts and hoses, alternator, fuel filter, K & N air filter, just got the carb rebuilt by a local professional shop. Has original rear air dam... Interior is in GREAT shape, no rips in the seats or carpet (other than the cargo area) Headliner is PERFECT!!!! New Alpine car stereo with blue tooth...new rear speakers....Gladiator front end!!! What more needs said!!!!!!

This is our second vehicle, so I had to make sure it was very reliable for my wife and kids to take off in if I had the other vehicle.

WWII Jeep 'found in crate' set to cross Greenwich auction block

Fans of old military vehicles might want to pay extra close attention to the Greenwich Concours d'Elegance coming up this weekend. Crossing the Bonhams auction block on Sunday are a pair of seemingly flawless World War II Jeeps, which are both expected to fetch serious dollars.
Lot Number 305 at the auction is a 1945 Ford GPW Jeep that has been fully restored, which is expected to command between $35,000 and $45,000. Shortly after the Ford GPW, a potentially more interesting 1944 Willys MB (shown above) will be auctioned off, but Hemmings raises some red flags about this Jeep. First, it is claiming to have been "discovered in its original crate about 30 years ago," but there is no proof or documentation of any sort. Also, it is claiming to be all original, but it was given a paint job "shortly after it was discovered." Even with these questionable descriptions, this Willys could reach between $20,000 and $30,000. Head over to Bonhams' site and Hemmings for more information on both WW2-era Jeeps.

FCA delays Grand Wagoneer and next-generation heavy-duty Ram trucks

The upcoming Jeep Grand Wagoneer has had a tumultuous gestation thus far. At one point it was essentially confirmed, but later it was rumored to have been cancelled. In that context, the latest report from Automotive News is something of a mixed blessing. According to the publication, the Grand Wagoneer has simply been delayed, as has the next-generation Ram heavy duty truck line. This does not seem to affect the fully redesigned Ram 1500, which was previously reported to have been pushed back slightly to 2019. Automotive News says the information came from unnamed sources at the company. Nothing was said about how long the vehicles would be delayed. The publication also conjectures that FCA is delaying the models to save some money to help cover the company's $7 billion of debt , since re-tooling both the heavy-duty truck plant and eventual Grand Wagoneer plant will be expensive. View 6 Photos We reached out to Chrysler for more information on the subject, but the company wouldn't comment on the report. Even so, we wouldn't be too surprised if FCA is indeed delaying these products. The company has delayed a number of vehicles in recent years. In fact nearly every major FCA truck and SUV, including the Grand Wagoneer and Ram line, were delayed about a year and a half ago. We certainly hope the company doesn't delay the Grand Wagoneer for too long, since it's possible it will have a price tag of over $130,000. The profit margins on an SUV with that kind of MSRP would go a long way to helping to pay down the company's debt. Related Video:
