This is a one owner, private party vehicle purchased and garaged in Florida.  My intention was to use as a dingy to be pulled by a motorhome; however, I never purchased the motorhome.  Car is fully equipped for towing four wheels flat down and I will include all the Blue Ox electric connections.  Car is also equipped with the factory trailer tow group with 7 and 4 pin wiring harness along with class 4 hitch.  I will include remote back-up camera system to be used when backing up to a trailer.  I live in a marina community and tow a 20' flats boat less than a mile to the ramp.  I have added the factory luggage racks in order to mount removable kayak carrier which I will include if desired.  There is also a window mounted retractable sun shade which can be easily removed.

Car is in excellent condition and has keyless enter-to-go feature.  Car was pinstripped by the dealer and color key factory door edge guards were installed.  Also, the Auto Armour paint protection product was applied.  You'll notice there are two custom neoprene seat covers on the two front bucket seats. These can be removed easily. Vehicle has bluetooth technology as well as Sirius/XM radio with the optional Uconnect voice command.  Rear seats fold flat as well as a very convenient front passenger seat folding feature which allows you to put large objects in the back such as fishing rods and skis.  Interior and exterior show no sign of wear.  Car has always been garaged.  I will also include the bra as shown in the photos if desired.

Please check my eBay feedback with 100% positive transactions.  I'll be happy to answer any questions.  This is a unique like-new low mileage vehicle which has been regularly dealer serviced.  I will accept wire transfer

Chrysler resolves recall issue with NHTSA, will inspect, upgrade affected Jeeps

Tue, 18 Jun 2013

Chrysler made big news earlier in the month by refusing a recall request from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for the 1993-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2002-2007 Jeep Liberty. Last week, NHTSA boss David Strickland countered by defending his agency's request for the recall of 2.7 million Jeep SUVs. Today marked the deadline for Chrysler to formally respond to NHTSA, and it seems that both parties have met in the middle with Chrysler inspecting and upgrading some of the affected vehicles without using the word "recall," which would constitute the admission of a defect; instead, Chrysler said that it is conducting a "voluntary campaign."
At issue on these vehicles is the positioning of the fuel tank behind the rear axle that could get damaged during a rear-end collision. NHTSA has stated that at least 51 people have been killed in rear-end collisions involving these Jeeps after the vehicles caught fire, to which Chrysler countered by pointing out that both models "met and exceeded" the requirements for fuel-system integrity.
As a compromise on the situation, Chrysler says that it will inspect all pre-2004 Grand Cherokees and pre-2007 Liberty models and, "if necessary, provide an upgrade to the rear structure of the vehicle." According to Automotive News, this upgrade will consist of adding a trailer hitch that will presumably better protect the rear-mounted gas tank. Vehicles already equipped with a factory or Mopar hitch will not be modified. Chrysler's official statement on the matter is posted below, but no additional information has been released, such as when the campaign will begin and how many vehicles could be affected.

Airbag fault on 1M recalled Jeeps getting second look from NHTSA [UPDATE]

Mon, 02 Jun 2014

UPDATE: Here is the statement we received from Chrysler regarding NHTSA's query: "Chrysler Group LLC advised the National Highway Traffic Administration of the six reports and, in accordance with the Company's long-standing practice, is cooperating fully with the resulting investigation. Customer safety is paramount at Chrysler Group. Customers who are concerned may call 1-800-853-1403."
It appears that Jeep's repairs for nearly one million Grand Cherokees from 2002-2004 and Liberty models from 2002-2003 might not be over yet. The vehicles were first recalled in November 2012 because the front airbags could suddenly deploy without being in an accident. Now, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is opening a recall query into them because of reports of inadvertent activation on some already corrected vehicles.
The original problem affected over 919,000 vehicles worldwide, including 744,822 in the US, and was caused by a degrading circuit in the wires that control the airbags. In some cases the airbag warning light would come on just before the premature activation, but in other cases it would just happen. The automaker installed an "in-line jumper harness with an integrated electrical filter" meant to eliminate the power spikes believed to be the cause.
