You are looking at a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Sport Utility 4X4 that is Gold. This is an awesome vehicle..It was used for long commutes and mostly road miles and was very well maintained...This Jeep has 205,000 miles on it. Yes that is a lot of miles, but it is tight on the road, pleasant to drive. It does have a knock in the engine so it will need a engine swap. But the good news is you will know exactly what your getting after replacing the engine. By looking at this vehicle if I told you it had 61,000 miles on it...YOU WOULD BELIEVE ME.. If you are looking for a good looking SUV that has a lot of life left in it, for a cheap price...Here it is.....

The exterior of this Jeep is bright and Gold.... There is one little ding in the front bumper and a little scuff on the fender which can be touched up very easily...., but overall puts up a great appearance. This 4X4 has good looking wheels and radial tires..

The interior is clean as a pin... The upholstery is in good shape. All the options work great. This vehicle has everything. There is a tow package on the jeep as well. The 4.0L motor starts right up, has plenty of power and the transmission shifts smoothly...The 4 wheel drive works fine also.......They really are strong runners. We sell Jeeps all the time with 200k on them...and our buyers have had good luck with them.... I know someone will ask me if it will drive them home...Maybe but I wouldn't chance it. Rent a UHaul trailer or look at uship.com for shipping.... Bid early to show interest.....We will pick you up at the airport or bus or train station during normal business hours or by appt.We go the extra mile for you. We have been in business since 1948.

What does Jeep have cooking with this stretched Cherokee?

Mon, Feb 15 2016

Chrysler has been spotted testing what appears to be a stretched Jeep Cherokee prototype. Which seems odd, considering that Jeep already makes a Grand Cherokee, and that's an entirely different model. The question then is just what the company has in the works here. We don't know for sure – but we do have some ideas. We're anticipating a new Grand Wagoneer to serve as the brand's flagship model, but stretching the Cherokee's wheelbase to leapfrog the Grand Cherokee's would take more than eight inches – and stretching a "compact" platform to get there wouldn't seem to make a lot of sense. Alternatively Jeep could be looking to wedge a new model into its lineup in between the Cherokee and Grand Cherokee, potentially offering a third row of seats and wearing the Wagoneer name - sans the "Grand" - as part of a new range of seven-seaters. Just what the point would be, however, when the Dodge Durango already offers three rows based on the same platform as the Grand Cherokee, is a bit of a mystery. Another possibility is that it's not a Jeep at all, but rather a Dodge. The brand is in need of a replacement for the current Journey, and we're also waiting to see what FCA does to replace the Grand Cherokee since it unveiled the Chrysler Pacifica to replace the Town and Country. More of a crossover approach could take the Cherokee's Compact US Wide (CUSW) platform as its starting point, but stretched like this prototype to offer more space. Whatever it is, we're sure this won't be the last we'll have seen of it, so watch this space. Related Video:

2013 Jeep Wrangler Moab Edition

Wed, 11 Dec 2013

There will forever be a soft spot in my heart for the Jeep Wrangler. The last one I owned was red, and, as a 1990 model, had the square headlights derided by Jeep enthusiasts who grew up on the Civilian Jeeps that descended from their General Purpose military ancestors. As a teenager, I couldn't have cared less what shape its headlights happened to be - to me, a Jeep Wrangler represented freedom; a carefree do-it-all machine equally at home with the top stowed away in the summer or with the heater on full blast in the snowy clutches of Old Man Winter. In Dr. Seuss parlance, my square-headlighted Sneetch was just as worthy as any round-headlighted Sneetch.
All that said, I'll be the first person to advise against buying a Jeep Wrangler of any sort for owners who don't plan to use it as its makers intend. There's no good reason to punish yourself with a stiff and springy ride, a loud and somewhat drafty (though generally water-resistant) interior or the poor fuel economy expected of a block-shaped vehicle if you don't enjoy its other, more exciting benefits.
Of course, Jeep has done its darndest over the years to make the Wrangler as civilized as possible while keeping it as capable as federal law will allow. The 2013 Jeep Wrangler Moab edition is one of Jeep's latest attempts to attract attention from the upper reaches of the active lifestyle set, and I spent a week with one to see what makes the Moab special.

Chrysler delays 2014 Jeep Cherokee media launch

Tue, 30 Jul 2013

Chrysler is making the unusual move of delaying the first media drives of the 2014 Jeep Cherokee, which were slated to start next week in Seattle. And while something like this is a rare occurrence, and one that most of the Autoblog staff can't recall happening this publicly or so close to the event itself, it won't effect the actual on-sale date of the new Cherokee, which is set to hit showrooms in September.
"Over the last couple of weeks during final quality and durability testing, we have discovered the opportunity to further improve powertrain calibration," Chrysler told Automotive News. This marks the second notable delay in the Cherokee's short life, after production was delayed for roughly a month earlier this summer.
Still, we'd rather Chrysler make sure the Cherokee is ready for primetime before flying media in from around the country. It shows a willingness to get things right the first time, rather than offering media drives and then tweaking the car after the fact.
