1999 Jeep Cherokee Sport XJ
4.0 Liter Inline 6 Cylinder, 4 Speed Automatic, 4WD Under 184k miles (have seen these I6 engines with over 300k miles), runs great, priced to move fast! Power through winter with this prime example of the XJ SUV. Wonderful in the snow with its basic but very effective 4WD system and All Terrain tires. Great in the bad weather and good. Good for camping, first car, commuting, pets, even dump runs. It is small but its square design and foldable rear bench seat create lots of room. Great for moving to and from college and small apartments in one trip. No need for a truck rental! New within last few years: Full tune up (spark plugs, distributor cap, wires, etc), Full suspension (Old Man Emu comfort shocks, springs, steering stabilizer, front and rear ADDCO anti-sway bars, bushings) Front Driver and Passenger door switches Napa Legend Battery Alternator Gatorback Serpentine Belt Thermostat Radiator Muffler Exhaust Manifold with flex pipes (reduces cracks) Brakes (front disc, pads, & calipers and rear drum kit) Front and Rear Rain-X Premium Wipers Rear hatch strong arm struts Firestone Destination All-Terrain Tires (70% tread remaining) Alpine CDE-100 CD Player with USB and AUX connections with upgraded speakers, sounds great No check engine light. Power windows. Power steering. Power locks. Tow hitch. Only issue is: the front right fender (in picture) has dents and a small crack from a parking lot hit and run. - No issues underneath though. KBB values this at $3700. Passed inspection with flying colors (November 2013, last year it will be needed!) Selling because I have a new baby and a new car, cant afford to keep it around. Fiat Chrysler taps Amazon, Shell execs to fill roles
Fri, Dec 7 2018MILAN — Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is tapping executives from Amazon and Shell Oil Company with previous automotive industry experience to fill its ranks. CEO Mike Manley said in a letter to employees Thursday that Mark Stewart would join FCA as chief operating officer of North America from Amazon, "a company known for its culture of innovation, and obsession with delivering incredible value to customers." At Amazon, Stewart led teams focused on advanced robotics, artificial intelligence and automation methods. He previously was COO of ZF TRW automotive components supplier. Niel Golightly was named head of global communications. He was most recently Shell's vice president for external relations in North and South America, with a focus on reputation, brand and stakeholder engagement beyond communication strategies.
