This Jeep will be considered an antique in 2015 so you can put antique tags on it so the below may not concern you

THE BAD:
-E-brakes need to be connected to rear brakes.I have the lines routed just not hooked up
-CB quit working recently. still turns on but does not transmit
-Reverse lights work but not in the reverse selection on the shifter so it needs adjustment
-Horn button on steering wheel does not work. The actual horns do work because I have tested off the battery. A kit can be purchased to circumvent the steering wheel horn button around $20.
-Cannot open driver side door from outside, the mechanism spun around and I haven't been able to line it back up. Other two locks work from outside and all work from the inside.
-Passenger side window when rolled down all the way needs a very slight push to roll it back up. I believe the a tooth on the window gear is worn when it completely bottoms out.

This Jeep has been extremely dependable and I drove it from Kingston, Washington to Hampton and wouldn't hesitate to drive it back. Any additional parts that I have for the jeep including a Herculiner kit and two sets of keys I WILL include.

Selling as is and not planning on doing much more work to it. I have other things I need to set my focus on and I don't really use this jeep around here in Hampton so hopefully I can find someone who will put it to use.

Clean title on hand and this jeep is registered/titled from Washington state because that's where it came from.

Jeep gives a trio of customs an encore showing at SEMA

Wed, 05 Nov 2014

While Jeep certainly had some new customs on display at this year's SEMA show, it wasn't afraid to recycle a few that people might have missed from earlier this year. The maker of many beloved off-roaders already displayed the Jeep Cherokee Dakar, Maximum Performance Wrangler and Wrangler Mojo at the 2014 Easter Safari, but they all made it to SEMA for an encore.
Based around the Trailhawk, the Cherokee Dakar (pictured above) imagines an even more off-road-capable version of the crossover. The concept wears a mix of Silver Steel Stain paint with Flame Red graphics and rides on 17-inch wheels wrapped in 33-inch BFGoodrich Mud Terrain tires. To back up the rugged look, the Dakar is fitted with rock rails and skid plates protecting the oil pan, front suspension, fuel tank and other underbody parts. It also sports prototype parts from Jeep Performance Parts, including a lift kit and fender flares.
The Wrangler is one of the paragons of off-roading, and as the name suggests, the Maximum Performance Wrangler concept is meant to be the ultimate example of what it can do. The custom features locking Dana 60 axles front and rear, a 4:1 Rock-Trac transfer case, prototype 4-inch lift kit and 37-inch Mud Terrain tires over beadlock wheels. To stay on the trails well into the night, a bar of LEDs is mounted above the windshield. And finally, the Mopar Blue exterior kind of makes the vehicle look like the world's toughest blueberry.

2014 Jeep Cherokee flaunts its new contemporary curves

Wed, 27 Mar 2013

Only slightly more than one month ago, undisguised (and less-than-flattering) shots of the all-new 2014 Jeep Cherokee were leaked online. Later that day, in an effort to suppress the uprising, Jeep countered with its own official photography offering us much clearer front and three-quarter views. We've been left to digest those pictures for weeks.
Now, mere hours before the fabric comes sliding off its newest mid-size sport-utility at its live reveal at the New York Auto Show, Jeep has released dozens of new images showing all four corners, plus a few interior shots, of its new Cherokee.

Fiat 500X poised for Paris catwalk

Wed, 05 Feb 2014

We've known for some time that the new, Fiat-based baby Jeep (which may or may not be called the Jeepster) is set to arrive at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. What we weren't sure of was whether its platform mate, the so-called Fiat 500X, would be doing so alongside or at a later date. Well, according to Reuters, we'll get to see the first all-wheel-drive 500 later this year in the City of Lights.
Yes, we can expect the 500X to arrive at the 2014 Paris Motor Show, according to an official with an Italian trade union. The unnamed source cited retooling at Fiat's Melfi factory, in southern Italy, which currently produces the Grande Punto. It's expected that the newest member of the growing 500 family will replace the Suzuki SX4-based Fiat Sedici, although when the X will go on sale remains an open question.
According to Reuters, both the Jeepster and 500X will be built alongside each other in Italy. Whether the 500X will cross the pond with it's slat-grilled cousin, though, remains to be seen (we're leaning towards yes).
