You are bidding on a very nice 1984 Jeep CJ-7. Jeep has undergone a full cosmetic restoration, paint job about 2 years ago, tub is completely Rhino lined, new carpet kit, new steering wheel, new seats, new center counsel, new gauges, lots of visual goodies. New tires, new wheels, nice stereo, speakers, this thing is bad ass. I am not a mechanic so I can't talk too much about the engine but I have spent a few thousand dollars over the past few years on engine and transmission work (IT IS A JEEP!!), has the original Jeep strait 6 engine with a manual 5-speed. 4WD works fine. Comes with a tan hard top (not shown in photos) and a spare tire (not shown in photos). The spare tire will not match the tires on the vehicle (it's not as nice!).

Auto critic calls out Corvette, Mustang and Cherokee faithful

Most automotive purists fear change, but not without reason. Change, after all, did kill big-block V8s, along with most station wagons and manual transmissions. But change has also brought with it far more performance, safety and fuel economy - not to mention ridding the world of shag carpet interiors, bias-ply tires and those horrible motorized seatbelts of the early '90s.
By this time next year, the Chevy Corvette, Jeep Cherokee and next-generation Ford Mustang will all be on sale and will all, in some way, have angered or offended purists. To those critics, Mark Phelan of the Detroit Free Press is preemptively telling them to stop complaining - at least until they've all been driven. From the Corvette's square taillights and the Cherokee's radical nose to whatever pony car purists will harp on the 2015 Mustang for, Phelan's column points out the positives of automotive evolution and the negatives of staying the course for too long. Jeep Cherokee appears in Chrysler's second Super Bowl spot

The second of three spots produced by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles for this year's Super Bowl featured the all-new 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Aired during the game's half time show, the minute-long ad didn't strike as anything new or innovative from an automaker with a reputation for above average Super Bowl spots, but it did show the controversially styled Cherokee in the best light possible.
Called Restless, the commercial shows young, adventurous types doing the sorts of things that young, adventurous types do: surfing, skateboarding, cliff jumping, staring off into the sky with a pensive expression, etc. Scroll down to watch Restless for yourself and let us know in Comments if Jeep managed to hold your attention during half time.
