Floorboards had minor rust, repaired by previous owner with sheet fiberglass.  NO bad or cancerous rust anywhere on Scrambler.  Unsure, even after review of the Carfax if the miles are 56k or 156k, however, at replacement the original odometer showed 56,397.  Barely driven since the re-build and currently the odometer only has 154 miles on it.  Only needs are for the fuel gauge to be hooked up, heater power cords to be reconnected, and a little work with the radio.  Radio is currently installed but was draining the battery so I just unplugged it.  I value my feedback and want to make sure all of your questions are answered.  Call, text, or email (through eBay) anytime and I will get back to you ASAP.

Nice enough to be proud of, but not too nice that you wont want to drive it. You'll get plenty of looks in this Scrambler!   Getting married soon and as you can see in one of the pictures its time to get rid of at least one toy.  Reply via email to, text, or call 719 - 660 - 1307. Let me know if you have any questions, would like additional pictures, or want to come take a test drive.

Vehicle is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado and is available for sale locally. I reserve the right to end the auction if sold prior to auction completion. No international buyers please. Thanks for looking!

Stellantis and LG launch joint venture for North American battery plant

Mon, Oct 18 2021

Stellantis has struck a preliminary deal with battery maker LG Energy Solution (LGES) to produce battery cells and modules for North America, as the world's No. 4 automaker rolls out its 30 billion euro ($35 billion) electrification plan. Global automakers are investing billions of euros to accelerate a transition to low-emission mobility and prepare for a progressive phase-out of internal combustion engines. Stellantis and LGES's joint venture will produce battery cells and modules at a new facility with an annual capacity of 40 gigawatt hours (GWh), the two firms said on Monday. No financial details of the deal were provided. The plant is scheduled to start production by the first quarter of 2024, with groundbreaking expected in the second quarter of 2022, the companies said in their statement. Its location is under review and will be announced later. Stellantis, formed in January from the merger of Italian-American automaker Fiat Chrysler and France's PSA, has said it wants to secure more than 130 GWh of global battery capacity by 2025 and more than 260 GWh by 2030. The batteries produced under the deal will supply Stellantis' U.S., Canadian and Mexican assembly plants for installation in hybrid and fully electric vehicles, supporting its goal of e-vehicles making up more than 40% of its U.S. sales by 2030. The company, whose brands include Peugeot, Fiat, Opel and U.S. best-sellers Jeep and Ram, earlier this year announced it would invest more than 30 billion euros through 2025 on electrifying its vehicle lineup. Stellantis has said it would build three battery plants in Europe and two in North America, including at least one in the United States. Intesa Sanpaolo analyst Monica Bosio said the deal was positive, and a further step ahead in Stellantis' electrification process. It comes weeks after Stellantis and its partner TotalEnergies agreed to open up their battery cell joint venture ACC to Daimler, to expand their European sourcing of battery cells. Stellantis is also targeting more than 70% of sales in Europe to be of low-emission vehicles by 2030, and aims to make the total cost of owning an EV equal to that of a gasoline-powered model by 2026. Chrysler nets $1.6B income in Q4, Fiat profit up 5%

Wed, 29 Jan 2014

Chrysler announced its 2013 financial results today and unveiled its new name and decidedly bank-like logo. Amid the announcement, Chrysler posted big gains in income, while Fiat didn't perform to analysts' expectations.
For 2013, Chrysler had revenue of $72.1 billion, up 10 percent from 2012. Net income reached $2.8 billion, a 65-percent increase. It was the company's third straight year of annual profits.
In terms of unit sales, Chrysler sold 2.4 million cars worldwide in 2013, up 9 percent. According to Automotive News, 1.8 million of those vehicles were sold in the US, a 14-percent increase. The sales growth boosted Chrysler's US market share to 11.4 percent, up 0.2 percent.
