 HISTORY

This 2013 Jaguar XKR-S convertible runs and drives like it just came off the factory floor, Runs and Drives Amazing.  Automatic transmission shifts perfectly smooth, very powerful and the handling is as expected with the active differential predictive grip levels.  Motor performance is powerful and refined.  The Italian leather interior of this vehicle is just as beautiful as seen in the pictures.  Regarding the history of this vehicle, it was purchased directly from an insurance company with water damage to the interior of the car, the water did not make it to the seats and barely made it just about the carpet level.  When the vehicle was purchased the mechanic checked all fluid levels and then proceeded testing and it started it right up.  There is absolutely no water smells.  The vehicle was taken to the  Certified Texas State Safety and Smog Inspection and passed it with flying colors.  The owner has been personally driving this vehicle for the past few months with absolutely no problems at all.  The mileage might be a little higher as the owner still takes it out of his garage for a joy drive.  He is also ready for his new toy and would like to pass this car along to the next lucky buyer to enjoy.

DELIVERY

Car will not be allowed to be picked up until all payments have cleared, NO EXCEPTIONS, title will follow via priority mail.  Do not ask for the immediate delivery of vehicle or title when you paid via check, money order or cashier checks.  We have to wait for the funds to clear, if you want fast delivery, bank wire transfers are the fastest and safest way.

DISCLOSURE

We will do the best in our ability to describe the vehicle, and we include many photos to help us disclose as much as we can.
However, it is important to remember that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Therefore, minor items such as cigarette lighters, manuals, CD changer magazines, service records etc. may be missing. And, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become apparent under close inspection. This may include small chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, and other indications of normal wear and tear. We cannot and will not be held liable or responsible for these issues.

• I require an initial contact within 24 hours of end of auction and a $500.00 non-refundable paypal deposit within 48 hours.  This deposit is applied towards the purchase price.

• Balance must be paid within 10 days of close of auction. Unless other arrangements agreeable to the seller are made.

•  I accept payments via bank wire transfer, Bank money orders, cash in person, bank personal check and certified checks.  Some payment methods take longer to clear my bank.  Bank wire transfers and Direct Bank Deposits are the preferred methods.   Some out of State checks and cashier checks can take up to 10 business days to clear.
