  We are very proud to offer this survivor. This is a 1994 Jaguar XJ12 Vanden Plas with only 79100 true miles on the clock. This vehicle has a very straight body and a very clean interior. The photos of course will tell you a lot about this vehicle but here is a little more information on this beautiful Jaguar. The engine is sound and it accelerates fine. The transmission shifts smooth. It feels like an electric car when driven and it is amazing how quiet this 12 cylinder engine carries the weight of this vehicle. The paint looks great but from a very close look you may see the age of it. It is the original paint. You can tell the vehicle was cared for and was garages by looking at the seals and the chrome which is like brand new. The tires as you see are the right brand for the vehicle. Pirellis only!!!  The glass and the rubber looks awesome. The interior is very clean for the exception of the headliner and the rear shade which you see in photos. The headliner is coming off on the back side and the rear passenger side shades holder is missing so it was tucked under the headliner trim. The wood is in superb shape for its age and the electronics all work for the exception of the antenna.  Of course it is a 19 year old car and cannot possibly be perfect but it is a very good drivable vehicle and a very quiet 12 cylinder engine. There is a little surface rust area under the passenger side rear window seal. It is very small and that is the only sot on the vehicle and it is an easy repairable part. The car overall is a very nice looking and very nice drivable Jaguar.

  We suggest to our buyers to obtain a third party inspection since we want buyers to be satisfied with their purchase. We sell pre-owned vehicles and they are not brand new and cannot be perfect. Thank you for looking

Terms And Conditions

   Ebay auction is a contract between the buyer and the seller. We ask all winning bidders to honor the bid they placed.

   The purchased vehicle  will not be released until the balance of the purchased price is paid in full. The buyer has 7 days to pay the remaining balance in full. This shouldl give the buyer enough time to order an inspection or inspect the vehicle in person. We do not provide warranty with the vehicles we sell, thus all vehicles are sold AS-IS. If the vehicle has a remaining factory warranty it will be in our item description and you are welcome to check with the dealer. Ebay provides  AUTOCHECK reports with all vehicles we sell. We ask all buyers to contact us after the auction ends to discuss payment.

Payment

   Payment options are: BANK Transfers’ and if financed through financial institution, then we can accept the bank check. The vehicle will be released after your check cleares and our bank collects  the amount from the bank. Due to the high risk of fraud this is the only time we will release the vehicle. Wire transfers will be confirmed by our banker before the vehicle is released.

All vehicles are described to the best of our knowledge. We do not provide any type of warranty with vehicles. Third party inspections are welcome. We show as many details as we can in pictures. We have a very large inventory but only some handpicked cars go on eBay. Our goal is to keep very good quality cars and make the buyers happy with their purchase.

The Successful high bidder must contact us immediately at auction end. The high bidder will submit a non-refundable deposit of $500 (five hundred) within 1 business day of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due (including all applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Winning Bidder is responsible for all taxes and tag fees associated with the home state of the bidder. All Vehicles are subject to an additional $55 document preparation fee. Document fee for all CA buyers is $55 as well. Smog fee for CA residents is $58. All California residents will pay sales tax, license and registration fees with us before picking up the vehicle.
