1969 Jaguar E type Fixed Head Coupe comes in a beautiful Primrose Yellow with a black interior. The car comes with a completely rebuilt 4.2 liter Engine as well as a 4 Speed manual Transmission. The motor work was done approx 4 years ago. The transmission was also gone through having everything rebuilt. This is the straightest Jag you will ever see this was a very high quality paint job in my opinion with no flaws at all. All new rubbers were replaced throughout the vehicle. All glass and chrome are in very nice shape. Comes with new Red line tires. The interior is all original an still shows very nice, that was the reason I did not want to replace it. The car has all new brakes and hoses the rotors and calipers were also rebuilt or replaced. comes with new shocks all around the vehicle. The wiring was redone and all the gauges and switches do work on the car. If you are looking for a very nice well maintained Jag E type that has never been cut apart or a previous rust bucket this is the one.

Jaguar C-X75 production run canceled
Tue, 11 Dec 2012"We feel we could make the car work, but looking at the global austerity measures in place now, it seems the wrong time to launch an 800,000-pound to 1 million-pound supercar."
Those words are from Jaguar Global Brand Director Adrian Hallmark, and as true as they may be, it still stings a little bit. After all, we've been looking forward to the Jaguar C-X75 ever since word came from Jolly Olde that it was green-lit for a short production run.
Some of the cool bits and pieces the world will now be without: a powerful but relatively miserly 1.6-liter turbocharged and supercharged four-cylinder engine, two electric motors driving all four wheels and a carbon fiber chassis developed by Williams F1. Sigh.

Watch a Jaguar tow a man on skis to 117 mph
Tue, Oct 3 2017Jaguar wagons are fun. Skiing is fun. Combine the two, and you get the above, which looks extra fun. Apparently there is a Guinness world record for top speed skiing while being towed by a vehicle. According to the video, that record was just under 70 mph. While we're not experts on high-speed skiing, that actually seems a little low, and so did Jaguar and Olympic skier Graham Bell. So Jaguar and Bell went to an undisclosed location in the Arctic Circle to break the record. Jaguar brought along an XF S Sportbrake, a 380-horsepower wagon that is now available in America (yay!). They hooked up a line to the back, Bell suited up, held on, and rode along to a final speed of about 117 mph, a full 47 mph faster than the last record. Frankly, we found this to be a pretty cool activity (no pun intended). We think maybe it should be considered for a new Olympic sport. Sure would be better than ice dancing. It could look something like the Bonneville Speed Week, with a big multi-mile stretch of snow to be towed along. Think about it, International Olympic Committee, you still have time before the 2018 Winter Olympics. Related Video: Image Credit: Jaguar Jaguar Wagon Luxury Videos jaguar xf sportbrake skiing
