1976 Scout II. Excellent driving condition. Only 2 previous owners. Rebuilt carburetor. New master cylinder. New radiator. New fuel tank and sending unit. New steering column. New water pump. Roll bar. New tires. I bought this Scout in Ohio 3 months ago, but it turns out it's not the right car for me. It looks beautiful, drives great but also needs love and attention, which I don't have time for. I don't know much about cars, so the description here is pretty basic. What needs to be fixed... Driver'd door doesn't close entirely but does close and locks easily. The button to lock the door is loose. On passenger side the door handle is really loose but works. There is a crack on the plastic cover (see photo). The car rattles, bunch of things need to be tightened. Both side mirrors should be changed. Water pump broke and was replaced new, but liquid spilled all over the engine and hood, this should be cleaned (see photo). Some rust under car, but unable to judge how much really (see photos). Radio doesn't work. Heat works great, do not know about A/C, but seems that it should. Drove it a 1000 miles on highway from Ohio to New York, 65 mph over the course of 24 hours, no issues.
