Up for auction at low reserve is a 2-owner, 1980 International Harvester Scout II with removable hardtop. 1980 was the last year IH made the Scout. Mechanically sound car. Just needs some upgraded wheels / tires to make it really nice.

Original 345 cubic inch motor, automatic trans, 4X4. Original interior. Tear in drivers seat. Rear bench is included in the sale. Body is straight with no rust (very rare for Scouts of this era). Glass good all around. Very nice hardtop inside and out. Appears to have been stored indoors. Paint is driver quality - some blemishes on passenger fender seen close up. Undercarriage shows some surface rust but no cancer.

Overall clean and original Scout! A reliable survivor looking for a new home. Turn the key and enjoy for many many years. Book on these last generation Scouts in excellent condition is $19,000+.
