1979 International Harvester Scout Ii on 2040-cars
Miami, Florida, United States
1979 Scout II v-8 345HP "Project" Previously restored approximately 10 years ago by prior owner. I purchased this about 2 years ago and started another restoration. As you can see from the pictures, I have purchased "almost" everything to complete the restoration. The body has been separated from the frame and the driver's side floor has been cut out (with room to trim for new floor pans) all of the floors, supports, cab mounts and inner rockers have been professionally primed and ready for the install. I have reached a stopping point due to a back injury and will not be able to continue. I have all of the interior and trim. The engine and transmission were rebuilt Jasper at aprox 125K (I have all of the paper work) I drove it for about 6 months before I started the project and the engine/tranny ran great. I replaced the exhaust & Muffler system, belts and universal joint. The scout has factory A/C but it was not blowing very cold when I started the disassembly. I have tons of parts and extra things to go with it. Here is a "brief" list of parts I have. I am selling this "as is where is" and will not ship. It is currently sitting on jack stands so the tires do not get flat spots. The chrome wheels are rusty though. This is also currently for sale locally so I reserve the right to end this action sooner. If you have any questions please ask. I have a lot of money tied up in this and it needs lots of work. So please make sure you know what you are bidding on. **** Local pick up only **** Flat bed **** Thank you. New parts primed and ready for install: Front floors R&L Front floor support kit R&L Rear gussets at step R&L Inner quarter gusset R&L Front body cab mount & Wedge R&L Center body cab mount R&L Inner Rocker panels R&L
