I purchased this car from a collector who purchased it from Arizona and had it shipped to Missouri in 1995 where the car was garaged kept and never driven in salt.

This car is pretty much rust free and no signs of prior rust repair.

Paint does have some scratches and chips (nice drivers quality). Front left fender does have a scrape. No rust!

Frame and floors are very solid and original!

I believe the front and rear seats are from a newer Jeep. They are in very good condition and have front and rear seat belts. (I do have the original front seat frames that will come with the car).

Motor was rebuilt top and bottom. Transmission was rebuilt Carburetor was rebuilt.. Brakes are also rebuilt. Exhaust is in very good condition. Newer fuel pump, and many other new parts that I am sure that I forgot.Starter was rebuilt and updated (will start on the hottest days).

Hurst shiftier was installed because the shifter on the dash snapped.

Wheels and tires are newer with only about 200 miles on them (cost over 1200.00). (I do not have the original)

Car does have a working after market radio. Heater and blower work very well!

Hard top is in good condition (I never had it on).

All glass is good.

Everything works except the wipers (they do work sometimes).

The prior owner that I purchased this Scout from is supposed to try and find the receipts, broken shifter mechanism and the window role up handles.

This is one of the most solid Scouts that I have seen. The mechanics are perfect. fly in and drive it home.
