2007 Infiniti G35 X G35x Awd Sedan 196k Miles For Parts Or Rebuilder Not Wrecked on 2040-cars
Hartville, Ohio, United States
Got a 2007 Infiniti G35x AWD here for sale.
Body is in good shape for a 196k, just go a little rust coming out by the rear chrome piece on the trunk lid, other than that, all panels look original with no bodywork done on them as far as I can tell. Sunroof looks like needs some fixing because it does not want to close for some reason. Car starts, runs, and drives, but the engine makes a knocking noise and you can tell that it has some loss of power when driving it. I'm not a mechanic so i cannot diagnose exactly what the issue is with the engine. I have no title for this car, bought it from a guy that owns a scrap yard, my intentions were to part it out but simply got no time since some work plans have changed. Checked Autocheck on this and it came up as 1 owner car with no accidents, i can e-mail a copy of the report upon request. Not a flood car. This is a good car to part out, use on a current project if you got one like this that you are working on, or just fix the engine if you got a way to make a title for it. I'm in Hartville until Saturday (July 12) visiting parents, i would like it off my friends lot by then if possible, that is why i'm listing it for this price, or I'm just going to have it towed home and try to sell it there. This will need to be a cash only deal, I can write out a bill of sale for the transaction since there is no title. Let me know if you have any questions, e-mail, call, or text 330 819 635nine |

Infiniti Q50 Eau Rouge racing toward Detroit with Red Bull in its veins
Thu, 05 Dec 2013There are several ways an automaker can get into Formula One racing. It can start its own team from scratch (like Toyota did in 2002), it can buy an existing team (like BMW did with Sauber in 2005) or it can supply engines to other teams (as so many manufacturers have done over the years). Infiniti chose another direction and opted to sponsor the world-champion Red Bull Racing team.
Infiniti has undoubtedly poured millions into its partnership with Red Bull since it started in 2011, but aside from the Sebastian Vettel edition FX (which technically emerged from the company's sponsorship of the driver as separate from the team), the tie-in has yet to translate into a Red Bull-tuned (or at least -inspired) Infiniti for the road. But that's just what Nissan's premium brand has in store for us at the upcoming Detroit Auto Show in January.
Well, almost, because the concept just announced is still a step or two away from reaching your local Infiniti dealership, but here it is just the same. It's called the Q50 Eau Rouge, and it's based on the company's latest tech-laden sports sedan. It takes its name, of course, from the famous uphill section of the Spa-Francorchamps circuit where Sebastian Vettel won the Belgian Grand Prix earlier this year, but Infiniti isn't telling us much more than that.
MotorWeek revisits 1990 Infiniti Q45
Sat, Aug 8 2015With the one-two punch of the Lexus LS 400 and Infiniti Q45 in the early '90s, Japanese automakers started taking the fight directly to the established V8-powered German flagships on American roads. Here, we get MotorWeek's take on the latter and probably lesser known of those luxury sedans. While not so impressive today, the Q45's 4.5-liter V8 with 278 horsepower and 292 pound-feet of torque was pretty good by the contemporary standards. The big sedan was also offered with an optional all-wheel steering system that made the model quite a capable handler. The rear end even stepped out a just little during MotorWeek's slalom. Unfortunately, styling is very polarizing with these early sedans. Where the early LS looks planted with its big, chunky lines on the outside, the Infiniti is a bit more delicate. The design just doesn't scream about being a flagship sedan. The interior doesn't help sell the car as the top of luxury, either. While MotorWeek likes some of the amenities inside, there are complains about the reused switches from the Nissan Maxima and the extensive use of plastic, rather than wood. With Infiniti now having its sights on the global premium market and soon entering the compact segment, it's fascinating to see the very roots of the brand.
Infiniti all but certain to produce Q50 Eau Rouge [w/video]
Tue, 22 Apr 2014These pages are full of projects that automakers have tried to get moving but never quite managed to. And Infiniti has had its fair share, particularly when it comes to high-performance models. It's tried to drum up excitement with the Infiniti Performance Line and with its partnerships with Red Bull Racing and its star driver, but models like the G37 IPL and FX Sebastian Vettel edition never amounted to a real challenge to the likes of Mercedes-AMG and BMW's M division. There was talk of a sedan version of the Nissan GT-R to wear an Infiniti badge, but those rumors amounted to even less. The Q50 Eau Rouge, however, could finally be the ticket.
The concept debuted at the Detroit Auto Show a few months ago without an engine (or at least not one we were made aware of) but with all manner of carbon-fiber aerodynamic components. It then rolled in to Geneva with the beating heart of the GT-R - a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 tuned to 560 horsepower and 442 pound-feet of torque - and arrived in Beijing earlier this week in an even more evolved form. And according to the chatter coming out of China (whose financial hub of Hong Kong, incidentally, serves as Infiniti's home base), it's all but certain to be approved for production.
"At this stage it would take more to stop the car getting made than to start things," says Auto Express, citing an unnamed source. The finished product would look much like the versions we've seen until now, and while it would be available in an array of colors, that metallic blood red could emerge as Infinit's signature performance color.
