The time has come to get rid of my baby, which I've owned for the past many years. This car lived with me in NC since I purchased it and now I'm back in PA and closing on my first home purchase on Friday and need to get something more practical. I'm an adult and I've put a ton into this car.   I would consider myself an extreme enthusiast. I've always babied this car. I've poured tons of money into her, as you can see. This car has never had a single issue, ever. 100% clear title. I have all service records and receipts.

I hate to see my baby go, but I haven't driven it more than 10 miles since moving back from NC about 6 months ago. I refuse to use it as a commuter because it has only seen rain maybe 3 times in the past 6 years, never snow. That was easy in NC... not in PA. Pictures will never do my car justice. See the details below:

2004.5 G35 Coupe - Sports/Brembo Package

  • 6 speed manual
  • 85k extremely babied miles

  • Bose Stereo
  • Ipod/iPhone hookup
  • Silver Exterior (paint is in perfect condition)
  • Black Leather Interior
  • Brembo Brake Package

Extras:
  • 3-Piece Work Rezax II wheels (19x10 and 19x11) - $4,800 retail
  • New Tires - $900
  • Inven Polyurathane Front Bumper (will never break like those cheap fiberglass bumpers) - $700
  • Nismo Side Skirts - $500
  • Chargespeed Rear Bumper - $600
  • Custom Painted Gloss Black Roof - $400
  • Inven Roof Spoiler - $300
  • Iconic OEM Style Emblem-less grill - $250
  • Completely Debadged
  • Hikkadori Trunk Lid (duck bill style) - $700
  • 32 Way Fully Adjustable SMA Coilovers (can raise or lower car to your liking) - $1500
  • Adjustable Camber Arms and Toe Bolts - $300
  • 2007 G35 Projector Headlights - $1,200
  • 2007 G35 Upgraded Tail lights - $600
  • Full Motordyne TDX2 Exhaust - $1,650 (impossible to find, most desirable on the market hands down)
  • CNT High Flow Cats - $500
  • Motordyne Iso Thermal Plenum Spacer with TB cooler- $350
  • Jim Wolf Intake System - $200
  • Aluminum Intake Pipe - $100
  • Aluminum Under tray - $250
  • Custom one-off Side view mirrors with blinkers - $900
  • Brembo Slotted Rotors (maybe 30 miles on them) - $600
  • Stoptech Performance Pads (maybe 30 miles on them) - $200
  • Short Shift Kit - $300
  • Custom Shift Knob and Boot - $200
  • Paintwork on all custom body pieces - $2,500 total

I know I'm missing a ton that I've had professionally installed over the years, but this gives you a good idea of the time and money I've put into it. Modern Nissan of Lake Norman (North Carolina) has always done every single service for me on this car. All synthetic fluid changes, everything - I have receipts. Since moving back to PA I haven't had to get it serviced because I've only driven it maybe 10 miles (in 6 months).

Keep in mind, the car is low, but it has a fully adjustable suspension (with only 10k miles on it) that can raise or lower the car to any desired height. This height was perfect for NC roads and weather! I'm a professional adult and buying a house is forcing me to think about the bigger picture (house expenses, kids maybe, etc). I will likely shed some tears seeing her go, but the new owner won't be let down.

I'm in no hurry to sell, but I know it won't last long. I'm open to good offers and I am willing to take parts off to lower the price as I see fit. No low ball offers - they will be ignored. No joy rides - only serious buyers with cash in hand.  I will not ship the car, but I will meet serious buyers.  Cash only.  No checks, money orders, nothing but cash.  I owe a small amount on the car, but we can handle that with my lending bank, USAA.  The buyer will walk away with the title.

Please message or text me with any questions and I will respond ASAP. The car is garaged at my family's house until I fully move into my new home.

You're also welcome to text and I will respond as I'm able to... two one 5 - 262 - zero 2 9 two

Infiniti Prototype 10 single-seat speedster unveiled at Pebble Beach

Thu, Aug 23 2018

PEBBLE BEACH, Calif. — Infiniti's new Prototype 10 takes inspiration from last year's Prototype 9 concept, but instead of minimal bodywork and open wheels, adopts the long and sinuous profile of classic speedsters of the past. And the concept's electric powertrain hints at the Japanese automaker's future. Infiniti says that all new production models from 2021 onward will have some sort of electrification, spread across pure battery-electric vehicles, parallel hybrids and e-POWER series hybrid powertrains. The overall shape of the Infiniti Prototype 10 recalls classic race cars like the 1950s-era Jaguar C- and D-Types. There's virtually zero wind protection for the single passenger, but there's a prominent headrest that incorporates a fin-shaped aero element. Air intakes are plentiful and festooned with close-set vertical bars that remind us of last year's Prototype 9 concept. There are lots of striking details in the Prototype 10's flowing bodywork. Slim, almost slit-like lights up front sit below the level of an Infiniti logo highlighted by negative space. In profile, a virtual line cuts across the vehicle front to rear. We look forward to seeing how some of these elements are incorporated into future production vehicles from Infiniti. View 17 Photos We don't have any details on what's actually powering the Prototype 10 as its sits, other than the fact that it's electric, of course. But we do know that the concept uses Infiniti's steer-by-wire Direct Adaptive Steering system. We can also see that the interior compartment is minimalist in design, clearly in an effort to keep the driver's focus firmly on the road ahead. Though much of the commentary surrounding the Prototype 10 will undoubtedly be about its radical bodywork, it may be the vehicle's chassis that is most relevant to Infiniti's production electric vehicle plans. The company describes the Prototype 10's chassis as rigid, modular and flexible with a flat floor and says such a platform would underpin its future electrified vehicles, including sedans, SUVs and sportscars. Stay tuned for more on the Infiniti Prototype 10 as we meander the remainder of Monterey Car Week here in California. Related Video: This content is hosted by a third party. Infiniti Q60 Concept previews sexy styling, twin-turbo V6

Sun, Jan 11 2015

Okay Infiniti, this was worth the waiting and teasing. Behold, the Q60 Concept, the coupe that foreshadows a future production two-door while also introducing a new family of 3.0-liter, twin-turbocharged V6 engines. It's fair to say we like it very much. Of course, this is not our first unfettered look at the Q60 Concept. Infiniti's final "teaser" image showed off the final product, but now we can analyze it from all angles, including the lovely, almost S-Class Coupe-like rear end and the clean, fashionable cabin. The Q60 Concept's design, particularly in the swoopy profile, comes across as organic and muscular, particularly in the shape of the front fenders and rear haunches. The car's dead front view reveals a few styling details that were overshadowed by the angle of the teaser image, like the interesting ridge that runs from the grille into the powerfully domed hood. A fixed glass roof gives the cabin an open-air feel, while the overall layout is largely reminiscent of the current Q50 sedan, only with cleaner, updated materials that we wouldn't bet on making production. Thin sport seats look supporting and feature quilted leather bolsters, while a two-tone steering wheel spices up the driving environment. Under the Q60 Concept's hood is the same 3.0-liter, twin-turbocharged V6 that was first shown on the Q80 Inspiration Concept from the 2014 Paris Motor Show. According to Infiniti, the direct-injected six-pot will arrive in a production car within the next two years. In the Q60, a seven-speed automatic handles power delivery, although it's unclear if a similar gearbox would be used alongside the production engine. Other notable features on this sleek two-door include Infiniti's Direct Adaptive Steering system and the new InTuition system, which promises a "fully customizable digital environment." Of course, we'll have much, much more on the Q60 Concept tomorrow, when it makes it arrives on the floor of the 2015 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. Scroll down for the full press release from Infiniti. January 11, 2015 Infiniti Q60 Concept: Fusing exhilaration and power - Infiniti's precursor to a high-performance sports coupe - Unique proposition of striking styling and high-output powertrain in a premium package - Previews new family of powerful and efficient engines Hong Kong/Detroit – Infiniti has set out to captivate the imagination and exhilaration of sports coupe fans with the stunning Q60 Concept.

Infiniti brand will finally make its debut in Japan, but not the name

Thu, 14 Nov 2013

Nissan left the automotive media scratching its collective head when it announced that its Infiniti luxury brand would be renaming all of its vehicles, with cars wearing the Q designation and CUVs/SUVs wearing the QX badge. So the G Sedan became the Q50, and the G Coupe became the Q60. The QX56, meanwhile, became the QX80, and the FX crossover became the QX70. It is still thoroughly confusing nearly a year later.
Not content to confuse its US customers alone, Nissan will be fiddling with the name of one of its most revered Japanese-market models - the Skyline. Rebadged for the US as the Q50, and before that as the G Sedan/Coupe, the new Skyline will wear an Infiniti badge. What makes this truly confusing, though, is that the car won't be called the Infiniti Skyline, despite its badging. It won't even be called the Nissan Skyline, anymore. It's now just the Skyline. Apparently, Nissan thinks it can capitalize on the Skyline's link to the Japanese royal family (the Skyline was originally a product of Prince Motors, which provided vehicles for the Emperor and his family), by ditching any brand names and referring to it as its own model, according to Automotive News.
Now, confusion aside, there are things about Infiniti badging in Japan that make sense. Badging all the Nissans that eventually become Infinitis as Infinitis in the first place goes a long way to make the brand seem separate and distinct from its parent company. Speaking to AN, Infiniti's executive vice president of global product planning, Andy Palmer, puts it this way, "We have to treat Infiniti, if you will, in the same [way] that Volkswagen treats Audi. It's not a Nissan-plus. Infiniti has to stand head-to-head with any of those German competitors."
