Up for grabs is my 2004 Infiniti FX 35.This vehicle runs really good I welcome any buyer to have it inspected. The vehicle has new tires installed towards the end of 2013 with life time rotation at any pepboys location. regular oil changes are done. heavy duty front rotor and brake pads were installed. Valve cove gasket and entire engine manifold gaskets were replaced. The car has two key fobs.this car has all the technology options that were offered in that year except rear entertainment package. It has 2011 USA and Canada map navigation, back up camera, intelligent cruise control and intelligent key. The leather seats are in very good condition compared to other Infinitis of that year range. The paint is in very good condition I have both all weather infiniti floor mats and original carpet floor mats. Overall this car is great condition am only selling it because I want to get an infiniti sedan. Please serious inquires only and only serious buyers are welcome. Infiniti to display special Q60 convertible celebrating Unser at Amelia Island
Sun, 09 Mar 2014Bobby Unser is one of the great American racing drivers of his generation, having won the Indianapolis 500 in 1968, '75 and '81 and belonging to the Unser racing dynasty. But he might be getting the oddest tribute of his life at the 2014 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance. Infiniti has created a tribute to his Indy-winning 1968 car out of a Q60 Convertible (previously the G37), and he will be driving it around the event.
The Infiniti is wrapped in red, gold, black and white livery with the number 3 designed by the company's design director Alfonso Albaisa. While the connection seems dubious, Offenhauser-powered racecars are one of the featured vehicles at this year's concours, and the Japanese luxury automaker worked with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Hall of Fame Museum to bring Unser's 1968 Eagle, which used an Offenhauser engine and flew those colors, to the show. The brand wanted a car of its own to match... no matter how outlandish it looked.
Honestly, while certainly a nice gesture, the choice still seems a bit weird. At least visitors will get the chance to see American racing royalty and his winning car. Scroll down to read Infiniti's full explanation for their effort.
Vettel and Coulthard drive Russia's very unfinished Sochi Circuit
Thu, 16 May 2013The next Winter Olympics will happen in Sochi, Russia from February 7-23, 2014. Sometime after that, barring any delays, a portion of the Sochi Olympic Park will be turned into the Sochi Olympic Park Circuit, a 3.65-mile track for the first Russian Grand Prix in 100 years (the last of two Formula One grands prix were held in St. Petersburg).
As we've come to expect from the Infiniti Red Bull team, it recently sent Sebastian Vettel and brand ambassador David Coulthard to the unfinished venue to run the route in Infiniti M sedans and offer some impressions. With average cornering speeds above 62 miles an hour, Coulthard called it a fast street circuit in the Monaco vein. You can watch them try it out - yes, that's Vettel gone airborne above - and avoid a "White Van Man" in the video below.
