Successful "winning" bidder must contact us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. Within five (5) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cash payment, cashiers-check, or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to arrange shipping. We are NOT the shipping company. All shipping questions and/or concerns should be addressed directly with the shipping company used to transport the vehicle. • Good Faith Agreement: Online Bidders are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item, please do not bid! • Taxes & Fees: All sales are subject to a flat $295 Documentary Fee, a License Fee of $28, a $5 Regional Transit Authority Tax, a $40 Title Fee and a North Carolina Highway Use Tax (HUT) based on 3% of the purchase price

• Deposit: Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if it fails a professional, on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards vehicle relisting fees, paperwork and title production costs, and lost dealership productivity.

• Vehicle Inspection: We welcome pre-buy inspection of all units. We are located in Raleigh, North Carolina. Inspections are by appointment only. Please call ahead if you are flying in to Raleigh and require shuttle service to our location.

• Vehicle Condition:  Please keep in mind that no used vehicle is perfect; expect some normal cosmetic and mechanical wear. Any significant defect will be shown in the photos or explained in the description.

• "As Is" Warranty:  This vehicle is pre-owned and is sold in "As Is" condition. However, part of the factory warranty may still be available, or an extended warranty can be secured via a 3rd party. We do not offer extended warranties.

• Mileage Statement: Miles posted in this listing may differ slightly due to local test driving, in-transit repairs, or road testing.

• All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Wake County, North Carolina. The vehicle is delivered F.O.B. Raleigh, North Carolina and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Wake County, NC.

• It is agreed by all parties that the proper venue for any legal proceedings arising from this transaction and involving this vehicle shall be in Wake County, North Carolina.
