2013 Hyundai Azera Limited Sedan 4-door 3.3l Limited - Nav, Roof, Keyless Start on 2040-cars
West Chester, Pennsylvania, United States
This is a 2013 Hyundai Azera. I've had it for about 6 months. It is a great car, but have a need for a truck so it has to go. I purchased a set of aftermarket wheels for it that are included along with the original. This car gets great ratings and I have enjoyed it. The features that the Limited has over a base Azera are:
19" Bright alloy wheels HID Xenon Headlights Infinity Logic 7 Stereo w Sirius Sat, HD Radio, CD, 550 watts with subwoofer IMS - Intergrated Memory System for Driver Seat Position, Steering wheel position and exterior mirrors Heated and Cooled front seats Heated Rear Seats The aftermarket wheels I purchased are Niche Concourse, matte black with Stainless Steel Lip. The tires are Yokohama performance and makes the car handle a lot nicer than stock. The original 19" are on now for the winter. Each set of tires base about 4k miles on them. The Spoiler was ordered from Korea. It is a elegant 'lip' style that adds that touch of individuality. It was professionally installed. Feel free to ask any question. I will answer right away. I CAN HANDLE SHIPPING FROM MY END AND MAY ASSIST ON COST DEPENDING LOCATION. Solely my decision to do so. If you live on the upper east coast, I can deliver the car to you (can drive it to your location). Will take 1 week to get title from bank, but can take delivery of the car immediately and will deliver title as soon as I receive it. Happy Bidding. |

Hyundai shocks Korea with mid-engined Veloster concept
Thu, 29 May 2014There are many things we love here at Autoblog, but one of the quirkiest is the mid-engined hot hatch, whether it's the Renaultsport Clio V6 or the Volkswagen GTI W12-650 concept. Unfortunately, we can never seem to get our hands on one - the former never having made the transatlantic journey and the latter remained strictly a concept. And now we've got one more to salivate over.
It's called, simply enough, the Veloster Midship concept, and Hyundai is unveiling it this week at the Busan Motor Show in South Korea. As you might have guessed, it's essentially a Veloster with the engine - a 2.0-liter Theta turbo four producing 296 horsepower - mounted behind the two seats. It's also got a lightweight aluminum suspension, a reinforced chassis and extreme aero to help that mid-mounted turbo engine do its thing.
The project was undertaken by the same team that developed the initial i20 WRC rally car, but unfortunately as Hyundai itself says in the press release below (released with the solitary image above), "The Midship is a concept only to explore possibilities for the Veloster chassis and is currently not related to any future production model." Which is a bit of a shame, but hardly a surprise.
Hyundai to build test facility at N"urburgring
Sun, 20 Jan 2013It looks as if Hyundai is set to build a test facility at the famous Nürburgring. Carscoop reports the Korean automaker has commenced construction on a 10,000-square-foot test center with access to the lengthy German track. Hyundai says the $7.3 million facility will help the company focus on improving the ride and handling of its vehicles through extensive research and development.
Sounds like a plan to us. While we've seen Hyundai vehicles improve on many fronts over the past few years, the company continues to struggle with suspension refinement compared to its Japanese, German and domestic rivals.
Automakers routinely flock to the Nürburgring for testing and development thanks to the track's unusual attributes. With a variety of surfaces, banking, turns, elevation and even weather, the circuit offers engineers the ability to put a vehicle through its paces in a wider range of conditions than most facilities.
2014 Hyundai Elantra
Mon, 23 Jun 2014The reality of growing up and living in Detroit is an interesting one. You're essentially born with minute traces of gasoline in your veins and everyone you know is associated with the auto industry in some way. That's not an exaggeration. They might be the child of a line worker at the local auto plant, or they may hold down a job at a restaurant frequented by employees at a big supplier, but no matter what, everyone is part of the auto-industry ecosystem.
Because of this, the stories you may have heard about Detroiters and their distaste for foreign cars is, frustratingly, true. Simply put, Toyota and Honda are blatantly disliked by most, while BMW and Mercedes-Benz are merely tolerated. For a car reviewer who prides himself on making egalitarian recommendations, it's a frustrating environment to live in, particularly when friends and family ask that inevitable question - which is followed by an equally inevitable qualifier - "What should my next car be?" and "One more thing - it can't be foreign." It's this attitude that's perhaps the reason no one I know even considered buying a Hyundai Elantra.
Despite the fact that the compact sedan is built in Montgomery, AL and that Hyundai maintains a shiny, new, sprawling tech facility less than 45 minutes outside of downtown Detroit, the Elantra's status as a "foreign" car immediately precludes it from most Motown buyers' shopping lists. This is to their detriment, as I discovered during a week of testing the refreshed-for-2014 Hyundai Elantra.
