For sale we have the last year of the 1st generation 2006 Honda Insight Electric Hybrid. This honda was just traded-in at the new car store for a newer car. The car runs and drives perfect. The motor fires right up with no issues. The automatic tranny shifts perfect thru out all the gears with no problems at all. The main battery is charging up the car %100 as it should with no problems. The auto-stop works as it should. We had the car inspected and we put 2 new bridgstone potenza's in the front and the rear potenza's are in good shape. The outside body is good for its age with a scuff in the lower bottom of the front bumper and some scuffs in the rear bumper. The interior is clean and well kept. The car has a/c, warm heat and cd player. Over all a great and healthy running last year made Insight.
TERMS OF SALE PAYMENT: A $500 DEPOSIT is due 12 hours of auction completion. We accept Paypal for the deposit only. The balance is due within seven days. Pickup of the vehicle is within 14 days of auction completion. The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: There will be $300.00 of Dealer Conveyance Processing Fee. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of CT for $95, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we
sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and
we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days

Honda Civic overtakes Toyota Corolla as America's best-selling compact
Mon, 04 Nov 2013The battle to claim October's best-selling compact sedan title has been won by the Honda Civic. The Japanese four-door sold 27,328 units, leaving the Toyota Corolla - September's title holder - in its wake with 23,637 units sold. In terms of year-to-date sales, the Civic sits at 280,899 units, with the Corolla trailing at 257,184 vehicles.
Sitting in third place, separated by a significant gap from the leaders, is the Chevrolet Cruze with 16,087 units sold. The Ford Focus earned fourth, with 15,108 units moved out of showrooms. (It is interesting to note that while the Civic and Corolla have both enjoyed double-digit sales increases year-over-year, the Cruze and Focus have seen significant decreases during the same period.)
Sales of the Hyundai Elantra hit 14,876 units, putting it in fifth place, with the Volkswagen Jetta earning sixth place with 11,710 units. Rounding out the ten top sellers were the Nissan Sentra (8,399 units), Mazda3 (7,647 units), Dodge Dart (5,617 units) and Subaru Impreza/WRX (4,923 units). The Kia Forte (4,706 units) and Volkswagen Golf (2,249 units), eleventh and twelfth respectively, have fallen behind.
