Selling my wife’s 2014 Honda Civic (4) Door LX Sedan. Color is white with beige cloth interior. Vehicle is in great condition. We purchased brand new (2) years ago in May 2014 from Clawson Honda in Fresno, CA. Wife worked in Bay Area for about 1 year and used this Honda as her daily commuter which is why vehicle has 45k miles. Had another baby and the Honda is just too small for her and my kids so we are looking to upgrade. We intended to keep car for an lengthy period of time but have since outgrown vehicle. Female driven, non-smoker, always serviced on time at Clawson Honda of Fresno. Have all records. Great mpg. Backup camera. Automatic. Clear Title. Pink Slip in hand. Honda demonstrates new Vehicle-to-Pedestrian safety tech [w/video]
Fri, 30 Aug 2013We're fresh from a balmy rooftop deck in downtown Detroit, where Honda held a meeting this week to discuss and demonstrate a few upcoming advanced safety features. A clear focus of the mini event was the company's new Vehicle-to-Pedestrian (V2P) technology, with a suite of Vehicle-to-Motorcycle (V2M) tech a significant second course.
With spirits still high from announcing the 2014 Odyssey as the first minivan to win the Top Safety Pick+ status from IIHS - and after seeing the application of new high-strength-steel sections of the Acura MDX body structure - Honda shared the fruits of some safety tech that is still in the research phase.
Honda promises all-new Ridgeline within two years
Tue, 10 Dec 2013Despite an aging design and low sales, Honda has remained committed to its Ridgeline pickup truck. Now, in its first official confirmation of a next-gen Ridgeline, Honda has released a teaser sketch (click to enlarge) of the new truck and promised a debut within two years, as previously reported.
The sketch shows the direction that Honda is planning for its new truck, which appears to ditch the single-piece body in favor of a more conventional pickup truck design. Even with the new design, it's not clear if Honda will move away from the Ridgeline's car-based platform shared with the Odyssey, Pilot and Accord. Sales of the Ridgeline dipped to below 10,000 units in 2011 but have increased steadily over the last two years (including 29 percent so far in 2013) with slightly more than 16,000 units on the year.
As for the current Ridgeline, Honda will wind down production at the Lincoln, AL assembly plant sometime during the middle of next year. The press release for the announcement is posted below.
NHTSA releases updated Takata airbag recalled cars list, but it still has errors

Unfortunately, the government's list still contains errors.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued an updated list of vehicle models that it's urging owners to repair under the mushrooming Takata airbag inflator recall. The latest version adds vehicles from new automakers like Subaru and Ford that are missing from the original announcement, and it also removes erroneous entries from General Motors, leaving only the 2005 Saab 9-2X (a reskinned Subaru WRX), and the 2003-2005 Pontiac Vibe, a joint project with Toyota.
