Up for Sale on a 3 day no reserve auction

is my 2001 Honda Civic -K20A-Type-R-Engine-DOHC-i-Vtec-Motor-6-Speed-LSD-Transmission-T3 T4 turbo kit. Hondata. In car tuning
You could adjust the turbo to where you want it from inside the car...
The civic only has 43,000 miles on the car body and chassis
The K 20 engine and the 6 speed. LSD transmission was put in into 2009 and the cars been sitting since registration went out in June 2009 and did not drive it any more the engine only has about less than 1000 miles it's literally brand-new A lot of time and money went into the civic we just don't drive it anymore clean title in hand EX model
Fully loaded and everything works
Kelly bluebook without the modifications is over $5500
As you see.  The K 20 engine and transmission Sells by itself would be much more than this one has for over $5000
And that's without the turbo kit
Brand-new rims and tires
The back windows was taken out to do a custom modification but was not done no more however I have one of the windows the other one was broke car runs and drives great and right now it's been pretty much factory tuned  settings car will need to be tuned. It just runs like a normal car right now but you have to hook up a laptop to it and tune  it where you want it at. Civic is very fast When it's tuned right to the right... carbon fiber hood has been painted and The paint don't last too long on carbon fiber for people who has done it before should know The only thing wrong with the car right now mechanically the CV joint is messed up right now it clicks when you turn but as you can see in the picture I have a replacement one for the car and should be installed before the auction end CV axles not a big deal at all other than the CV axle problem everything is in perfect working order with a little more time and a little bit of money will make this a really awesome Honda Civic and very fast this car is being sold as a no reserve 3 day auction please bid responsibly  The only reason I'm selling it is because I need the money and we don't really drive it anymore I reserve the right to end this auction at any time don't wait to bid at the last second you might lose this really nice Honda Civic or if you want call me and make me a cash offer and we can work something out
Thanks for looking happy bids . 702-417-1361

Honda celebrates 30th anniversary of the NSX with a look back at how it began

Thu, Feb 7 2019

In 1989, the baseball-loving Japanese dipped their bats in pine tar and came to the U.S. to take gigundous swings. That single year launched five legends: Lexus LS400, Infiniti Q45, Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo, Mazda MX-5 Miata, and Acura NS-X concept. The Chicago Auto Show (!) hosted the global debuts of the Mazda and the Acura. While Mazda celebrates the bygones with the 30th Anniversary Miata, Acura's reminiscing with a look at how the NSX — a car Motor Trend described in 1990 as, "[The] best sports car the world has ever produced. Any time. Any place. Any price ..." — came to be. The development yearbook opened in 1984, a year after Honda returned to Formula One as an engine supplier for the Spirit team, and for the second Williams chassis in the last race of the season. For the first time in the automaker's history, Honda wanted to build a production car with the engine behind the cabin, one that would demonstrate Honda's engineering prowess and "deeply rooted racing spirit." The sports car would also serve as a halo for the not-yet-launched Acura brand. The engineering team built the first test vehicle in February 1984 on the bones of a first-generation Honda Jazz. After four years of formal development, Honda parked the NS-X Concept in a conference room at Chicago's Drake Hotel in February 1989. This is where the media would meet the red wonder before the public show-stand debut. The F-16 Fighting Falcon-inspired coupe was built on the world's first all-aluminum monocoque, and its SOHC V6 ran with titanium connecting rods. Before the press conference, then-Honda president Tadashi Kume got in the NS-X, started the engine, and revved to the 8,000-rpm redline — a noise felt by everyone in the adjacent conference room attending a Ford press conference. Honda's PR man at the time yelled, "Mr. Kume, stop it! They're gonna hear this!" When Kume got out, he asked Honda engineers present why they didn't put their new VTEC technology in the NS-X. (What's Japanese for, "Why didn't the VTEC kick in, yo?!") They told him VTEC had been created for four-cylinder engines. Kume told them to work on a V6 application. More suggestions came from journos who drove the early prototypes at Honda's Tochigi R&D Center, who said the NS-X "could use more power." The development team had grabbed the SOHC V6 from the Acura Legend for the NS-X concept, and it put out 160 horsepower in the luxury sedan.

Honda showcases the letter R in cool new ad campaign

Sun, 02 Nov 2014

Okay Honda, you've won the Internet for the week. This cool "double-sided" video, featuring the new Civic and Civic Type R Concept, is one of the more interesting YouTube spots we've seen.
On the surface, "The Other Side" shows a regular dad, simply going about his day and picking his daughter's up from school. But press the "R" key while watching the video, and it transitions into an alternate video. The dad is now in a Civic Type R Concept, and he's not on the school run. Instead, he's involved in something... a bit more devious.
We won't spoil the ending, but suffice it to say, you'll want to watch this video through to its conclusion. Also, because of the unique nature of this video, we can't embed it here, so you'll need to hop over to Honda's UK YouTube channel.

Honda N Box + has incredible versatility as oddly humorous JDM video shows

Thu, 10 Oct 2013

We want the Honda N Box +. Strangely enough, this video spot, shot in Japanese and gushing with production values that are a bit foreign to us, makes us want the little Honda even more. You see, we don't need to know Japanese to see that the kei car's 'universal bridge' feature isn't a gimmick - it actually looks extremely convenient - and that the car's multi-space system takes interior functionality to a new level. We don't require a translator to laugh at the gags in this spot, either, though we won't pretend to understand them idiomatically.
But really, the video is worth a watch, if for no better reasons than to enjoy a confusion-based laugh, and to marvel at the tiny car's extremely efficient use of space. We don't expect the N Box + to be offered for sale anywhere near North America, so to get your kicks, you'll have to head below to watch the commercial.
