Hollywood, Florida, United States
Sup every one, you are looking at my 2000 Civic Ex, car has a lot done to it so I will try and list all that I can knowing I’m going to forget some stuff. First off the car is a REBUILT TITLE dew to a flood. Not accident related. I bought the car at the auction in 2012 and I did everything on the car myself since I got it. I have all the original paper work from the auction for proof of the rebuilt title. UNDER THE HOOD - Ls/Vtec on Boost ( completely rebuilt engine alone spent $3k + about 5k miles on engine since build, i don’t drive the car much) - B18a1 block bored over to 82mm with block guard - Wiseco 82mm forged pistons - Eagle forged rods - ACL race bearings - ARP head studs - B16 head - Honda oil/water pump - AEM fuel rail with 450cc RC injectors - Turbo is a ebay turbo. Had it for 2 years ( no shaft Play) currently on 8Psi but can easily go up to 21Psi no problem) - Chipped P72 and a Vafc for engine control ( Street tune and Pushing low 300 Hp as of now ) - Hks bov & Emusa wastegate - 3’’ Down Pipe with AEM Wideband attached to it ( also got a electric Y pipe on there but I unhooded the motor but still works) after the Y pipe its 2.5 all the way back to the muffler which is a Greddy Evo - Ls Transmission NO GRINDS NO POPS , 8 pound flywheel and Apexi clutch and pressure plate - Aluminum 2 row radiator with slim fan - Silicone blue cooling hoes ( all around) - Has power steering and ac but the compressor is currently leaking, would need new compressor or you can take the ac out completely if you want. - Painted white engine bay with wire tuck and fuse box relocated under the dash. - Battery relocated to the trunk as well.
BODY & SUSPENSSION - Car was recently painted last year in august but has crack paint on the nose of the hood from the heat of the turbo. - Lowered on Full Body Tein Coilovers $900 - 15x9 ESN Wheels rapped with stretched 195-50-15 Toyo Tires $800 ( bought in February ) - Camber kits in both front & rear - Rear aluminum lower control arms - Type R front lip - Oem honda grill ( freaking kids stole the red emblems lol ) - I have the SI wing but took it off INTERIIOR AND ELECTRONICS - Integra blue confetti front seats and stock civic rears ( for the right price I might put the S2k Seats Back in lol ) - All panels are in good condition not broken - Carpet in good shape - Got S2k Steering wheel (might keep that lol ) - Si cluster - Dual gauge pod with the AEM wideband & Auto meter Boost gauge - Pioneer Avic 2 Double din, 2 12’’ subs, 2 amps highs and lows and a cross over - Viper 5704 alarm with remote start and drunk opener added to it

Honda names first woman, foreigner to its board of directors
Mon, 24 Feb 2014General Motors may have made headlines when it recently appointed the industry's first female CEO, but Honda has long lagged woefully behind the times when it comes to the diversity of its top management. In fact, its entire board has until now been composed entirely of Japanese men, with not a foreigner or a woman in sight. But as Reuters reports, that's all changing with the nominations to its latest board.
The slate of new directors named to Honda's board includes one Hideko Kunii, a gender-equality advocate and engineering professor from the Shibaura Institute of Technology. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Kunii spent the bulk of her career at Japanese electronic imaging company Ricoh. Alongside Kunii, Honda has also named Tomoko Mizoguchi to the board as responsible for the company's South American operations, making him the first foreigner to serve on the company's board of directors. (Well, almost: Mizoguchi was born in Brazil, but of Japanese ancestry.)
The appointments follow the recent switch Honda made in its official language policy from Japanese to English, signaling a shift in outlook for a company that has long stuck to traditional Japanese business models. Honda was the first of the major Japanese automakers to begin manufacturing in the United States, and has long relied on hiring local managers to run its regional operations around the world. It has, however, resisted placing foreigners on its board of directors until now, relying instead on senior male managers promoted from within its ranks to serve on its board. This in comparison to Toyota, which has seven foreigners and one woman on its 68-member board of directors, and Nissan, which has fifteen foreigners (including its chief executive) and one woman on its 58-member board.
Comma.ai makes your car semi-autonomous for $999
Wed, Sep 14 2016At TechCrunch's Disrupt conference in San Francisco, Comma.ai founder George "Geohot" Hotz announced the launch of the Comma One semi-autonomous driving device. Hotz said at the conference that his company has worked on the Comma One for about a year, and it will be available at the end of the year for $999 and a $24 per month subscription fee. But aside from the reasonable price, which TechCrunch points out is possible thanks to off-the-shelf components, the appeal here is that it's an add-on to an existing car that can be installed at home by the car's owner. This gives people with normal cars the opportunity to have semi-autonomous features without having to buy an entire vehicle... that is, if you have a Honda or Acura with lane-keeping assist, since Comma One is currently only compatible with those vehicles. It remains to be seen if the company will add more vehicles to the list over time. The device is roughly the size of a large cell phone or aftermarket navigation system, and it has a screen on the front and a pair of cameras on the back. The computer combines information from the device's cameras and the car's radar sensors to understand what's happening and how to respond. Hotz explained at the conference that this system is similar in capability to the Tesla Autopilot system, and will be able to complete a drive, start to finish, without the driver having to touch anything. He did however emphasize that the driver must still pay attention in the event something goes wrong, comparing the experience to watching a young student driver. Hotz told TechCrunch that the device should start shipping at the end of the year. He also said that owners of compatible Honda products in the San Francisco area are eligible for beta testing, and can get involved by emailing him at george@comma.ai. So if you've been pining for a semi-autonomous vehicle of your own, but couldn't spring for a Tesla, you won't have to wait much longer. We should point out that we don't know yet how well the system works, though we hope to find out soon. Related Video:
Honda rolls out new N-Box Slash kei car in Japan
Tue, Dec 2 2014Honda may not compete with the likes of the expanding Fiat 500 and contracting Mini families in the North American or European markets, but back home in Japan it has a whole series of retro hatchbacks, grouped together as part of its N series. And now there is one more. Called the N-Box Slash (or N/ for short), the boxy but stylish new hatch is built to fit into Japan's rigid Kei car class, which means a tiny footprint no longer than 11 feet long and five feet wide. That makes it even smaller than the already-diminutive Smart Forfour or Renault Twingo, but into that compact form, Honda has fit five doors and four seats under a tall roof. In fact those front seats even fold flat and flush with the rear ones to make for as big a bed as you could possibly fit inside its compact dimensions. Technical details remain scarce, but power likely comes from the same 600cc three-cylinder engine - turbocharged or not, driving the front wheels or all four - as the rest of the N series, which already includes the N-One, N-Box, N-Box+ and N-WGN. Feel free to read the original Japanese or Google-translated press releases below, just don't expect it or any of its stablemates to show up in a North American showroom any time soon. 2014.11.27 ???????N-BOX SLASH(?????? ?????)?????????????
