up for sale is a rare 95 civic si. this car was at king motorsports less than a year ago and had a motor built and installed there. the motor is a b18 bottom end and a b16 top end. the bottom end has all type r components(pistons, rods, etc) all purchased brand new. the head has been ported and polished with skunk 2 cams and upgraded everything. arp head bolts. it has a type r intake manifold and stage 2 racing clutch and aluminum radiator. this car has hondata. i have the dyno sheet from king motorsport, the car made 215hp to the wheels. there is sooo much more that i'm not listing but i'm waiting for king motorsports to send me all of the details about what was done to the car. i know the bill from them on the motor and the install was over $8000. the car also has some new rims with fresh tires, exhaust, coil overs, front lip, duck bill, cd player, and more. the interior is in excellent shape, no rips, tears or cracks anywhere. the body and paint is in good shape but not perfect. theres a few dings and scratches here and there but nothing major. this car is very reliable and the install is one of the best i've seen.the speedometer is showing 87k miles which i believe is accurate and the motor and tranny has less than 15k miles. a clean stock si like this is selling for more than $4000, and to build this car you would be in at least $12k! own this one for a fraction of that and ride it today instead of waiting a year to have your car built! feel free to call me with any questions 757.652.9917

Honda recalls 2012-13 Fit Sport models over stability control issue
Mon, 29 Apr 2013Honda is recalling 43,782 examples of the 2012 and 2013 Fit Sport in the US and close to 2,000 more in Canada. During federal compliance testing it was discovered that the software for the Vehicle Stability Assist allows an excessive tilt angle before applying the brakes to prevent a crash. The issue only affects Fit Sports equipped with a certain kind of tire.
Honda will notify owners in mid-May, at which time owners can take their cars to dealers to have the stability control software updated free of charge. There's a press release from Honda below with more details.

McLaren pondering Honda-powered 911 killer?
Tue, 21 May 2013As one of the premier sports cars in the world, the Porsche 911 is always driving around with a target on its rear-engined backside. If a new report is to be believed, the latest automaker with plans to build a 911-fighting sports coupe could be McLaren. Motor Trend is reporting that the recent news that Honda and McLaren are teaming up to build Formula One racecars could bear road-going fruit as well.
According to the article, the unnamed entry-level McLaren coupe may be powered by a Honda-sourced engine, but a detuned version of the 3.8-liter V8 from the MP4-12C is said to be more likely. All in, though, there is no solid information on the car just yet. As a reminder, M/T points out that the last time McLaren partnered up with a mainstream automaker, the world was introduced to the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren.
