1994 Honda Civic Lx Sedan 110k Miles on 2040-cars
Richmond, Texas, United States
You are bidding on a nice reliable Honda Civic 4 Cyl. 4 Door 1994, low miles, nice used condition with some tear and wear here and there, need a paint job, I have been driving this car for about 4 months with no problems, recently about two weeks ago I have a issue with it, I took it to the mechanic and they told needs the head gasket only, it was not overheating or nothing like that but it was throwing white smoke from the tail pipe, well I took it to another mechanic shop just to have a second opinion and the answer was exactly the same, they check the car for me from bumper to bumper and they sad everything was ok (transmission, suspension, electrical, oil leaks or transmission leaks, power steering, A/C, belts, starter motor, brakes), also they told me the best recommendation was NOT to drive it until is fixed because I can make some damage to the internal parts of the motor, so if you are willing to buy this car please make sure to make the arrangements to tow the car to your destination / shop. I have been having health problems, I can't fix it by the moment, health bills are getting worse and worse, sad to say but I don't have the money to fix it, my loss your gain, thank you for looking at my add and hope I can answer any questions or concerns you may have, thank you!

Acura to roll out NSX Prototype for Mid-Ohio IndyCar race
Thu, 25 Jul 2013Acura will tease us yet again with its next-gen NSX when it makes an appearance at Mid-Ohio Raceway before the circuit's IndyCar race early next month. To be fair, the car's in-motion debut won't take the form of a production model - that's still a ways off - the vehicle will be a prototype. It'll be sporting custom graphics and an eye-catching paint (wrap?) job to draw the attention of the spectators, but really, we just want to hear this thing rounding the legendary road course at full chat.
The NSX prototype doesn't look to be much different from the various showcars we've seen over the last couple of years, with the same mid-engined, hybrid V6 power and all-wheel drive all present and accounted for.
The display will take place before the Honda Indy 200 IndyCar Series on August 4. The race itself starts at 3:00 pm and will be shown on NBC Sports Network.
Honda recalls 2012-13 Fit Sport models over stability control issue
Mon, 29 Apr 2013Honda is recalling 43,782 examples of the 2012 and 2013 Fit Sport in the US and close to 2,000 more in Canada. During federal compliance testing it was discovered that the software for the Vehicle Stability Assist allows an excessive tilt angle before applying the brakes to prevent a crash. The issue only affects Fit Sports equipped with a certain kind of tire.
Honda will notify owners in mid-May, at which time owners can take their cars to dealers to have the stability control software updated free of charge. There's a press release from Honda below with more details.
Honda Civic Type R Concept is the shape of hot things to come
Thu, 02 Oct 2014Soon, kids. Soon. The next-generation Honda Civic Type R is finally coming, and we're getting another preview of the hot hatch here at the Paris Motor Show. Of course, this one probably won't be headed to the United States (boo!), but it doesn't mean we can't get excited. After all, we're big fans of little turbo hatches, and from what we know right now, this one sure sounds sweet.
Underneath that new blue paint and red decals is a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four, reportedly good for 276 horsepower. Honda tells us there's a "steer axis" system with adaptive dampers, and with the push of its +R button, the suspension, steering and torque mapping are all altered to make this Type R even more Type R-ier than before. In fact, Honda says this Civic will surpass every Type R that came before it - that means every Integra, Accord, Civic and even the NSX. Hot diggity.
We've got a fresh batch of images of the Type R Concept up top, and Honda's press release is available below. Hopefully it won't be long before the production car is finally revealed.
