This car was rebuilt from the ground up. The motor, transmission, clutch, suspension, exhaust, brakes, air conditioning were all redone by the previous owner who was a certified Honda tech. I have had the car for around 3 years and put a $1400 paint job on it when I got it. It literally has new everything.. clutch, brakes, distributor, stainless exhaust, wheel bearings, etc etc...

It is 100% reliable and gets around 40 mpg. It has been adult driven and is 100% rebuilt to stock specs. The only mods are the exhaust (which is not loud) and the air filter. Stock springs, Tokico struts all around. The car even has functional A/C though I currently have the belt off for better fuel economy. The interior is very good with a tasteful sound system that looks stock but has a SONY head unit with aux input, flush mounted tweeters, and an Infinity Basslink in the rear hatch. Car does not leak, has no rust and is VERY RELIABLE. It has been my daily driver and has never let me down.

Freshly tinted windows, new hatch struts, just an all around great car. I'd be confident driving it cross country.

Honda discontinuing Euro Accord, no replacement in sight

Honda has built two Accords for many years. There's the one we're familiar with here in the United States, and then there's the Accord sold in markets like Europe and Australia, known here in the US as the Acura TSX. But just like Acura did with the TSX, the Euro-market Accord has been discontinued.
The news comes from The Motor Report in Australia, which is reporting that the Accord Euro will be discontinued in 2015. Sold Down Under alongside the US-market model, the discontinuation of the Aussie car indicates an end to Honda's midsize sedan efforts in Europe, where there is no obvious replacement for the four-door and wagon models.
According to TMR, Honda Australia Director Stephen Collins indicated that focus will be placed instead on the US market "wide-body" model, as it's known. That said, this decision doesn't sound like it's sitting too well in Oz.

2017 North American Car, Truck, and Utility Vehicle of the Year finalists revealed

The finalists for the 2017 North American Car, Truck, and Utility Vehicle of the Year were announced Tuesday at AutoMobility LA ahead of the 2016 LA Auto Show. Approximately 60 judges, including Autoblog's editor-in-chief Mike Austin, evaluated over 40 vehicles and named three models as the finalists in each category. The award for the Utility Vehicle of the Year is new for 2017 and separates SUVs, crossovers, and minivans from pickup trucks. The finalists are: Car of the Year: Chevrolet Bolt Genesis G90 Volvo S90 Truck of the Year: Ford F-Series Super Duty Honda Ridgeline Nissan Titan Utility Vehicle of the Year Chrysler Pacifica Jaguar F-Pace Mazda CX-9 The winners for the 24th annual NACTOY awards will be named on January 9 at the Detroit Auto Show.
