I'm a private seller putting my 1990 CRX DX up for sale. Used it as a daily driver for my hour commute to work. Don't have the commute any more, so I don't need the car. It runs strong and has not let me down. Unlike many out there, mine is stock and unmolested.
It has a CLEAR title. The mileage is marked as "C" which is: not actual mileage. I don't know anything about the mileage. I bought it almost two years ago as a commuter car, and have been driving it five days a week. It runs fine, so I haven't had need to look into it. The car passed Arizona emissions testing three days ago. The check engine light is NOT on. This is a California and Arizona car.....NO RUST!!! If you would like any specific pictures of areas of the car, please ask and I will take them for you. If you would like it taken to a mechanic of your choosing for an inspection, I can do that as well. Any questions PLEASE ask. At the completion of the auction I will require a non refundable $100 deposit. Simply to weed out anyone who isn't a serious buyer. Honda making hydrogen from solar power in UK
Mon, Nov 10 2014Honda is going to launch a hydrogen-powered production vehicle (its second, really) next year, but the all-important H2 infrastructure question hasn't been fully answered yet. One possible solution is being tested over in the United Kingdom, where Honda is turning solar energy and water into hydrogen at its Swindon plant. SHD Logistics says the plant is the UK's "first commercial-scale hydrogen production and refuelling facility powered by solar energy." Despite the presence of an FCX Clarity in some pictures from the ribbon cutting, it's unclear if the station will be able to fuel any passenger cars. SHD Logistics talks about sending the hydrogen from where it is generated on the Honda plant grounds into the plant using 300-meter underground pipes so that hydrogen forklifts can refuel as needed. Two hydrogen fuel cell trucks used by Briggs Equipment UK, Honda's partner in the station, will also refuel at the plant. Honda said earlier this year that it, along with partner GM, would work to reduce the costs of a hydrogen refueling infrastructure. Solar-powered hydrolysis – which is what the Swindon facility uses – doesn't sound cheap to us, but at least it reduces the overall environmental costs, compared to using electricity generated from fossil fuels.
NHTSA releases updated Takata airbag recalled cars list, but it still has errors

Unfortunately, the government's list still contains errors.
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued an updated list of vehicle models that it's urging owners to repair under the mushrooming Takata airbag inflator recall. The latest version adds vehicles from new automakers like Subaru and Ford that are missing from the original announcement, and it also removes erroneous entries from General Motors, leaving only the 2005 Saab 9-2X (a reskinned Subaru WRX), and the 2003-2005 Pontiac Vibe, a joint project with Toyota.
Honda confirms 2014 Odyssey and Acura MDX for New York
Mon, 18 Mar 2013Look beneath the seats of a Honda Odyssey and you'll likely find a handful of that iconic loop cereal loved by toddlers nationwide. And to show that Honda understands its minivan's target market, it is using the breakfast staple to announce its plans to reveal the updated 2014 model at next week's New York Auto Show. While the announcement is creative, it unfortunately lacks much in the way of information, leaving us with little more than a vague teaser alluding to "some innovative new features."
As expected, Honda has also confirmed we will see the production version of the 2014 Acura MDX in New York. We expect the 2014 MDX to look very much like the prototype we saw in January at the Detroit Auto Show with only slight differences. The 3.5-liter i-VTEC V6 will be offered with all-wheel drive or, in a first for MDX, front-wheel drive.
