Pearl White 2009 Honda Accord Ex-l V6 69k Miles Leather Seats Wood Grain Dash on 2040-cars
Harrisonburg, Virginia, United States
I am selling my 2009 Honda Accord EX-L with 69K miles that is a beautiful white pearl in color with a tan interior. The car is in relatively good condition but does have a few dings which I have included in the pictures. However, for a 5 years old car it is pretty solid and a lot of fun to drive.; This car would be a good dependable car for any new driver or college student with lots of safety features but beautiful style and a head turner. The private party value on the car is $15,800; however, if I kept the car I would want to have the bumper repainted and I checked on the price and it is $600 to fix so I will knock that off the price of the car. However, $15,200 is a pretty solid price because this is a nice car with a relatively clean history. The peeling paint is because that bumper was replaced after a deer was hit in 2010. They must not have used the flex additive on the paint and thus it is peeling if it flexes any at all. Please let me know if you have any questions and I look forward to receiving my first offer.

Honda recalls nearly 350k Odyssey minivans over unintended braking
Sun, 03 Nov 2013A problem reported with the Vehicle Safety Assist System has prompted Honda and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to issue a recall for Odyssey minivans from the 2007 and 2008 model years.
The issue revolves around a combination of parts and software that have been reported to cause the vehicle to brake hard and unexpectedly, without illuminating the brake lights. Imagine driving behind one of these vehicles when the malfunction occurs and you can easily understand how an unexpected rear-end collision could ensue.
Unfortunately, Honda won't be able to fix the problem until next spring, at which point the manufacturer will call in the 344,187 units affected into their local dealership for a fix. In the meantime, Honda will instruct owners on how to avoid the situation. For further details, see the full recall notice below.
McLaren pondering Honda-powered 911 killer?
Tue, 21 May 2013As one of the premier sports cars in the world, the Porsche 911 is always driving around with a target on its rear-engined backside. If a new report is to be believed, the latest automaker with plans to build a 911-fighting sports coupe could be McLaren. Motor Trend is reporting that the recent news that Honda and McLaren are teaming up to build Formula One racecars could bear road-going fruit as well.
According to the article, the unnamed entry-level McLaren coupe may be powered by a Honda-sourced engine, but a detuned version of the 3.8-liter V8 from the MP4-12C is said to be more likely. All in, though, there is no solid information on the car just yet. As a reminder, M/T points out that the last time McLaren partnered up with a mainstream automaker, the world was introduced to the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren.
Honda previews next-gen JDM Odyssey minivan
Mon, 30 Sep 2013Some automakers market the same cars around the world, while others offer different models - even under the same nameplate - for different markets. We're thinking of cars like the Volkswagen Passat or the previous Mazda6. Honda's been known to do so as well, with models like the Accord and Odyssey, which are completely different in North America than they are in other parts of the world.
Now Honda has provided the first glimpse at the Odyssey minivan it offers for the Japanese Domestic Market (as well as Europe and other parts of the world). Though more compact than the US-market version, the new overseas Odyssey appears larger than the model it replaces, with a taller roofline increasing interior space.
Though Honda hasn't released the model's full specifications, power is expected to come from a 2.4-liter inline-four mated to a continuously variable transmission. Beyond that, buyers will likely be able to choose between front- and all-wheel drive, two cabin layouts, two interior colors and seven or more exterior paints. The images also point towards blind-spot and auto-braking systems and an apparent eco mode. Although unconfirmed, we expect to see the new JDM Odyssey make its debut at the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show.
