You are bidding on a 2003 Honda Accord EX. This have been an awesome car and I must sell now due to a growing family. Honda built these cars to last. All this car knows how to do is go, go, go. My wife originally bought this car used back in 2003 and now it is time to upgrade. It is silver in color with black cloth interior. The vehicle has the wear and tear that you would expect with a car with over 200K miles. There has not been a need for any major maintenance on this car. The oil has been changed every 5K miles. Tires were replaced about three years ago. The vehicle is mainly used for local travel. Due to the weather, the vehicle was in an accident back in 2011 where one of the wheels had to be replaced. You will received all service paperwork with the sale of the car. Each and every day this car starts and is very dependable. This would be the perfect first car for a student or just an everyday vehicle. Keep in mind this vehicle is still being used, so the mileage will increase slightly. If you are a local buyer, I can arrange a test drive and (or) vehicle inspection.
The Ugly....Remember the car has over 200K miles:
- Headlight covers faded/oxidized and can be cleaned
- Rear bumper has some scratches
- Passenger side rear door is scratched and molding has come off (due to my wife getting too close to the side of the garage. I rubbed out most of the scratch and the molding can be located in a junk yard or ordered. Door and window operates fine. (pictured)
- Backlight of the radio and heat controls is out.. So it does not light up at night.
- Black seats are faded in a few areas
- A few paint chips here and there, nothing major
History:
To my knowledge, I am the second owner of this vehicle. It was a new car trade-in and purchased used from a car dealership in Texas, when it had about 30,000 miles. Always well maintained and garaged kept.
Extras:
I will add in a few bonuses to the lucky winner. I will fill the tank with gas and have the vehicle cleaned and interior seats steamed cleaned. It just received an oil change about three weeks ago.
Peace of Mind:
I am not new to this process., as I have bought and sold vehicles on E-Bay for yes. I have successfully sold all of my previous vehicles on E-Bay to include a 1993 Ford Taurus, 1997 Toyota Camry, and a 2005 Infiniti QX56. Feedback has always been positive and there have not been any complaints from previous bidders on the accuracy of my ads and the condition of the vehicles. All paper work will be in order and the transaction will be professional. The only reason I am choosing to sell this great vehicle is due to a growing family. Time to upgrade. Good luck bidding and feel free to reach out if there are any questions.
Shipping & Payment:
The cost and arrangements of shipment will be the buyers responsibility. A deposit of $500.00 is required within 48 hours of auction close. I will accept payment in the form of cash, certified funds, PayPal, or credit cards (via I-Phone Swipe app.) Payment must be received and vehicle must be picked up within 7 days of auction close.

Honda says Accord is America's best-selling car among actual consumers
Fri, 21 Feb 2014The latest round of new vehicle registration data has been good for Honda - three of the Japanese brand's models are retail sales leaders and the Accord was the most registered car built in America in 2013, according to the data compiled by Polk. In fact, 360,089 units of the family sedan were purchased by individual consumers last year, an increase of 12.2 percent.
There was also good news from the Civic and CR-V camps, as those two models topped their respective segments in terms of retail (non-fleet) sales, with each notching over 300,000 registrations. Combined with the Accord, this trio of Hondas accounted for a whopping 1.11 million retail sales last year.
Honda spokesperson Sage Marie reflected on Polk's findings, telling Autoblog:
Honda Ridgeline to take two-year dirt nap before resurrection
Sun, 14 Jul 2013Three years ago, Honda said there would be no new-generation Honda Ridgeline coming in 2011. In late 2011, when there was still no word on a replacement for the little truck that's been carrying on pretty much the same since 2006, within the space of a month both Honda's US truck planner and the CEO of American Honda said the Ridgeline would continue and that it was an integral part of the lineup.
But that doesn't mean it can't take a two-year timeout. A report in Ward's Auto says that the Lincoln, AL plant that builds the Ridgeline will cease its production in September, 2014 and a new one won't arrive until 2016. That's a walk-back from when the plan was to have the current truck run until a week before the next-generation truck went into production. Even so, Honda still says the Ridgeline isn't going away forever, a company spokesman telling Ward's, "Ridgeline continues to be an important part of our lineup."
2016 is a long way away, though, and we all know how quickly a product line put into a coma can end up suffering fatal consequences. Even though we keep talking about the Ridgeline, perhaps what Honda is actually saying is that the small pickup market is important to them, and they're working on a way to take better advantage of it than the Ridgeline was doing. We'll find out one way or the other in three years.
Lewis Hamilton has Vettel in crosshairs at Canadian Grand Prix
Wed, Jun 7 2017MONTREAL - The Canadian Grand Prix has been a happy hunting ground for Lewis Hamilton, and he will look to bag a sixth career win on the island circuit on Sunday to refuel his hopes of another Formula One drivers title. With 14 races remaining on the calendar, it is far from do-or-die for Hamilton, but the pressure is mounting on the Briton and Mercedes with arch rival Sebastian Vettel and Ferrari threatening to widen the gap at the top of the championship standings. Only Michael Schumacher has won the Canadian Grand Prix more times (seven), and Hamilton intends to close the gap further in Montreal as the race marks its 50th anniversary. Hamilton needs to do so, at the scene of his first ever Formula One victory a decade ago, to reel in Vettel after the German led a Ferrari one-two in Monaco and powered 25 points clear. "Montreal has been a great hunting ground for me in the past, and I plan for it to continue," the triple world champion told reporters. With five wins and five poles from previous visits to Quebec, Hamilton would normally be the favorite, but champions Mercedes are no longer the dominant team. "The Ferrari seems to work everywhere. The next 14 races are going to be very, very difficult," he said after struggling to seventh place in Monaco. "They have had arguably the strongest car all year. They look like our car which just worked everywhere last year." The race will also mark the return of twice world champion Fernando Alonso to the Formula One grid after the Spaniard skipped the Monaco Grand Prix last month to chase IndyCar glory at Indianapolis 500. Alonso turned in an impressive performance at the famed Brickyard, qualifying fifth fastest and running at the front but late in the race suffered a familiar fate with his Honda engine giving up. Little has changed at struggling McLaren during Alonso's brief sabbatical with the team still hampered by an uncompetitive Honda engine. There is plenty of reason to party around the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve this week with the city celebrating its 375th anniversary, Canada its 150th birthday and the Canadian Grand Prix its 50th. Williams driver Lance Stroll will be hoping to contribute to the party atmosphere. For the first time since the days of 1997 world champion Jacques Villeneuve, the Canadian Grand Prix will have some true home interest with teenager Stroll on the starting grid for Williams.
