This car was purchased used certified pre-owned from Martin Main Line Honda at 123 E. Lancaster Ave Ardmore Pa 19003. I purchased it 11/01/2007 with no existing issues and a maintenance log of the previous owners from the dealership(copy of log available). Mileage was 62,843. Mileage is now 97,679. I performed routine oil changes every 3000 miles or 3 months depending on which came first. Of the 35,000 miles put on in the last 6 years approximately 1/2 are highway miles. On April 13 2012 I had a service done which included: new timing belts, new serpentine belts, new water pump, new thermostat and gasket, new distributor cap, plugs and wires, valve cover gasket, 4 new nexus tires mounted and balanced, transmission flush and other fluid top offs. This service was performed at Jim Edwards Gulf at 3045 West Chester Pike Broomall Pa 19008 610-356-9980 by Jim Edward (copy of invoice available). I have also recently replaced front and rear brakes and rear rotors and had the tires aligned. Vehicle emissions inspection was completed 2/27/2013 (I have report in my records). The reason for the under average mileage accumulation on this car is because I was unfortunately unemployed shortly after buying it. The job I had required a lot of driving and a reliable vehicle which is where most of the highway miles were accumulated. Luckily I had enough income from savings and from side jobbing to continue making monthly payments until paid off. Aside from the clear coat of the paint peeling on parts of the roof and trunk, minor dings and scratches (hardly visible) and an SRS indicator light on (drivers side seat belt sensor-seat belt still works fine) the car is pristine and 100% reliable. My only reason for even selling this car is because I will be leaving the country for quite some time next year. I could certainly use the money rather than have it sit in storage. Car has rims not hubs. Car also has 2-12" Punch P1 subwoofers in box in trunk with Punch p3001 amplifier and a control knob by steering wheel. Also has a Pioneer AVIC-D3 DVD Multimedia AV Navigation Server Unit (Manual included). This unit can be controlled by steering wheel along with volume control, blue-tooth with microphone for cellphone located by rear view mirror and ipod adapter is hooked up and ran to glove box. Windows are tinted to approximately 10% along with sunroof and strip across windshield. This car is poised to last at least another 100,000 miles and will need nothing but routine maintenance. Buyers are responsible for shipping however I am willing to possibly negotiate for partial or full shipping costs. For any questions, concerns, more pictures, or copies of maintenance log, service invoice and emissions report, please feel free to email, call or text me. Cell # 4844109641.

Petrolicious profiles an 'original fanboy' and his 1987 Honda CRX Si
Tue, 28 Jan 2014Christopher Hoffman is a guy I'd like to meet. He's profiled in the latest installment of Petrolicious, titled Original Fanboy, because of his love and dedication to his 1987 Honda CRX Si. And that's something I can relate to.
My personal car is a black 1988 Honda CRX Si. Road & Track executive editor Sam Smith sold it to me in December 2010 with some 93,000 miles on the odometer (and one bum tire!), and though I don't drive it nearly as much as I should, I'm madly in love with my little Honda. I take immense pride in owning this car, despite my recent neglect. As soon as we're done with this Polar Vortex crap here in the midwestern United States, I'm going to pull the CRX out of its wintertime storage and show it the love it deserves.
Like me, Hoffman fully understands the beauty of the CRX. It's not super powerful, or even quick (when it was new, its 0-60 time was just over 9 seconds), but it's extremely light, and comes from an era when Honda was churning out brilliantly simple cars. The steering is incredibly precise, the transmission perfect, and the chassis superb. Nearly 26 years after its birth, I adore every moment behind the wheel of my CRX. And thanks to this Petrolicious special, I know I'm not alone. Scroll down to watch the full episode.

Check out these cool displays from Honda's new Ohio museum
Fri, Dec 19 2014Honda undoubtedly has its roots in Japan, but when it comes to its US operations, the automaker holds some very deep ties to the Buckeye State too. The company has been building cars at its Marysville, OH, campus since 1982 and over 10 million Accords have left there since then. The latest addition there is something that might actually bring brand fans to the site, though. The newly opened Honda Heritage Center museum is part of the recently constructed 160,000-square-foot Technical Development Center. The place offers a chance to take a tour of the company's history. While it's not the lavish, multi-story affair from Japan, the site still shows off some quite cool vintage products. The exhibits include an area dedicated to Honda's racing efforts, examples of its many motorcycles and several of its early models, including a '70s Civic. A HondaJet and displays of some of the company's engines are there, as well. The Heritage Center will open to the public in January, and other portions of the Technical Development Center will be responsible for training Honda employees. The Marysville campus will keep growing in the near future too with production of the upcoming Acura NSX taking place at a new facility nearby there. Check out the gallery for a glimpse of just some of what Honda has on display at its new museum. Honda Heritage Center: A tribute to the past, a focus on the future New Museum in Ohio Showcases Honda History in North America Dec 18, 2014 - MARYSVILLE, Ohio The Honda Heritage Center in Marysville officially opened its doors today, offering the world a glimpse of the innovative history and growth the company has achieved in Ohio and North America during the past 55 years. "The new Honda Heritage Center is a collection of Honda dreams in the form of products that are responsible for millions of customer relationships," said Takuji Yamada, chief operating officer of Honda's North American regional operations. "The great variety of products on display – including powersports, power equipment and automobiles, as well as aviation and robotics – together with the major milestones highlighted, tell the stories of Honda associates in Ohio and from throughout North America." Ohio Gov. John Kasich joined Honda officials and state and local community leaders to celebrate the opening of the new $35 million, 160,000-square-foot facility, which includes a museum, Technical Development Center and office space for Honda North America.
