1999 Honda Accord, 4-door, auto trans. This car runs and drives like new. It has the 4-cylinder ULEV VTEC engine with automatic transmission. The engine and transmission operate flawlessly. This car has been well maintained, and you can tell by driving it. If you're looking for a great running, reliable Honda that will give you many more worry free miles, this is it. This car has new tires, fresh oil, and a recent timing belt change. Features include power windows, power moonroof, power driver seat height adjust, power mirrors, cruise, A/C, CD player, and more. It drives straight as an arrow at any speed. The brakes are flawless, and the suspension is tight and smooth. Is it a perfect car? Of course not, it's 15 years old. The car does have its share of dings and scratches, and some rust. The worst of the rust is on the front hood. Although the suspension is tight and smooth, there is a little but of chatter over bumps. I'm assuming it has worn bushings on the sway bar. It also has a very minor exhaust note, but it is so minor that you can barely notice it. The check engine light is on, but I had my mechanic connect it to the diagnostic computer, and it is showing the code P1166, which is for the oxygen sensor. None of these issues effect the driveability of the car. Bottom line, this is a great running, well maintained car, for a great price. Check the KBB fair condition value and consider what a great deal this is considering how well it drives and the fact that it has new tires. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Petition to bring Honda Civic Type R to US picking up steam
Mon, 10 Mar 2014Never mind what the executives say - we've had a sneaking suspicion all along that the upcoming Honda Civic Type R won't be coming to North America. And with good reason: both the prototype we drove in Japan and the concept unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show last week were based on the European-spec Civic hatchback - not to mention that some of the best hot hatches remain out of our reach.
Well it turns out we're not the only ones with that concern. There are legions of Honda hot hatch enthusiasts right here in the good old U S of A who want to see the new Civic Type R ripping up the Great American Road. And many of them are taking to the cyberclouds demanding that Honda bring it Stateside, post haste.
As of the time of writing, this online petition has gotten over 6,000 digital signatures, needing less than 1,500 more to get to the author's target of 7,500 votes. Of course, if and when the petition reaches its target, that still won't mean that Honda will bring it over, but it could mean that extra bit of encouragement the Japanese automaker's executives would need to tip the scales in our favor.
Honda N Box + has incredible versatility as oddly humorous JDM video shows

Strangely enough, this video spot, shot in Japanese and gushing with production values that are a bit foreign to us, makes us want the little Honda even more. You see, we don't need to know Japanese to see that the kei car's 'universal bridge' feature isn't a gimmick - it actually looks extremely convenient - and that the car's multi-space system takes interior functionality to a new level. We don't require a translator to laugh at the gags in this spot, either, though we won't pretend to understand them idiomatically.
But really, the video is worth a watch, if for no better reasons than to enjoy a confusion-based laugh, and to marvel at the tiny car's extremely efficient use of space. We don't expect the N Box + to be offered for sale anywhere near North America, so to get your kicks, you'll have to head below to watch the commercial.
